I was sitting at the bar with my friend who is busy flirting with a random guy. It's a Friday and I admit I don't go out that much but I think I deserved it this time.
"I'm gonna go to the bathroom." Sophia winked at me while pulling a brunette guy towards the passage way.
"You go girl! Go get some! I yelledI watched my other friends dancing on the dance floor. I'm more of a tap my foot on beat kind of girl.
"Hey. Can I buy you a drink?" A black-haired with a hint of blue guy said to me. I didn't see much of his face because of the lights.
"No, Thank you." I answered
"Okay. I understand. You're a girl who buys her own drinks."
"Yes because I have my own money and I don't need someone to depend to for my personal enjoyment." I rolled my eyes."Okay. I respect that. Maybe we can chat for a little bit?" he continued to persuade me.
"So you can sweet talk me and end up on your bed. No, sir."
"But you're kinda chatting with me, right now.""Okay, let's chat. What do you want to talk about?" I shrugged my shoulder.
"How are you?"
"I'm fine." I answered. He remained silent. I squinted my eye at him and walked away. I joined my friends on dancing.

The next day, I woke up with a hangover. My only cure is to eat a burger and reading books. It doesn't make sense but that's my medicine.I ate my burger and rushed to the public library. I put my hand on the spine of the books and when I see something interesting, that's what I'll probably read.
My eyes caught a book by Virginia Woolf. I was about to pull it but someone pulled it on the other side.
I looked at the space on the shelf to see who it was.
"You again?" when I saw the blue-haired man.
"Seriously? Are you stalking me?" He saidI pulled harder but he won't let go.
"This is mine." I was using my full force.
"Are you Virginia Woolf? I don't think so."
"Let go of the fucking book."He was stronger than me but that doesn't mean I'm gonna give up.
"Fine." he let go of the book
I lost my balance, landing on my butt due to how hard I was pulling it. I stood up and angrily walked away.
I sat on the end of the table and shook what just happened. Minutes later, he sat across of me. I didn't give him much attention and just continued on reading.
I forgot I was angry when I'm halfway through the book.
"Do you wanna eat?" he was standing over me.
"Excuse me? Why would I go with you, I don't even know you." I rolled my eyes at him."I'm Damien" he was nicer than earlier.
"I don't care who you are."
"Suit yourself."As he was about to leave, my stomach growled louder than it's supposed to.
"Are you sure?" he asked
"Fine. But, please don't talk to me."We walked to the nearest food chain which is McDonald's. Through the rest of the meal, he didn't really talk to me.
"I'm Y/n." I said
"Okay." He smiled."I studied Aeronautics. I wanna go there someday." I pointed up, I was clearly joking but he might fall for it.
