"Z... do you know what this means?" The girl asked the boy, Z. He smiled.
"You, Shauna Canmore, are going to be on the biggest show in the country, right here in town!" Shauna smiled.
"I'm so excited! I can't wait! I need to go through my stuff and..."

Shauna was warming up backstage. It was the day of the performance. Hundreds of thousands of people were waiting for the show. There was someone performing at the moment. She waited as the girl before her walked off.
"Good luck." Shauna smiled.
"Thanks. Good job." The girl smiled. Shauna sighed and walked out. The crowd went quiet. If they were trying to scare her off, it didn't work. She smiled big and went into her first position. As the first song started, her fear vanished and she danced with confidence.
After the last song ended, she did a twister twirl and then bowed. The crowd erupted into applause. She smiled and waved as she went off stage.
