'Happy birthday pretty boy,' I said with a smile as I walked into Luke's room in Sydney with a tray of his favourite breakfast foods, along with a cup of tea for both of us.
'Thanks Annabelle, you're the best,' he said with a smile as I placed the tray in his lap and climbed back into bed with him, picking up a chocolate croissant and my cup of tea to go along with it.
'I know,' I said with a smirk and he just rolled his eyes at me. 'I will give you your presents have we have eaten.'
'You didn't have to get me anything Belle, you being here with me is more than enough.'
'Oh shut up, it's your eighteenth I want to spoil you,' I said with a grin and Luke just smiled in defeat as we continued to eat the assortment of foods in front of us and drink our tea.
'Can I open my eyes now?' Luke asked after we had finished breakfast and I was now sitting next to him, his presents in my arms.
'You sure can,' I said and he opened his eyes as I handed him his presents all at once. 'You can open whatever you want first, there is no particular order.'
I had gotten him a first copy edition of Them Catcher and the Rye,' along with a few other books that he had been eyeing for a while. I also had gotten him a silver Tiffany watch, something that he had always wanted but would never ask for. I knew it was customary for most boys in our circle to get a Rolex watch when they turned eighteen but I spoke to Liz about it and she said when Luke turns twenty-one they will be getting him a Rolex.
'Annabelle you did not have to get me this,' I said admiring the silver watch with a huge smile on his face, which made my heart warm slightly knowing that he truly appreciated the gift.
'I wanted to,' I said honestly, because I did want to and he truly deserved it as well.
'I love you so much, thank you for all of these presents they are all amazing,' Luke said placing a warm kiss on my lips before I climbed on top of him, wrapping my legs around his waist.
'I have one last present to give you,' I whispered in his ear, a smirk on his face as he knew exactly what I meant.

'I feel underdressed,' I sighed to Luke as I tied up my platform Doc Martens and stood in front of his floor length wardrobe mirror, dissecting my outfit to make sure that it was perfect.
Luke said that tonight would be fairly casual as he did not want anything too over the top.
I eventually settled on a light beige colour skirt and a white structured crop, wearing my Doc Martens because really, what else would I wear.
'You look incredible Belle, you always do you know that,' Luke said with a smile as he buttoned up his white shirt, leaving the top buttons undone, making my body feel some kind of way at the sight of his bare chest.
'As do you Luke,' I said with a smile and he just blushed as he ran a hand through his messy blonde hair, styling it exactly the way he liked it. He was wearing black skinny jeans and black boots, his signature look that he somehow makes look different every time.
