There's a month between Holly's Chapter 7 and this one, so it's not the same Monday. I didn't want anyone to get confused.

Monday after work, I headed over to my second job. But it's never a job to me because it's one of my many passions! I love being a nanny and being able to work for Sydney is a dream come true! I mean what could be better than that?

As I parked on the curb, I saw the red mustang that I know all too well! But at the thought of seeing the driver, my stomach started to knot up and a smiled appeared across my face. So I turned off the engine, stepped out of the car and walked up to the door.

I politely knocked.

"Hello, can I help you?"

I decided to play along.

"Yes I'm Sydney's nanny, Lily."

"Oh that's right."

"Is she here?"

"Yes."

"Cool, can I come in, please?"

"Oh yes."

He opened the door for me. And as I came in, he gave me a cheesy smile and closed the door behind him.

"So um how do you know Sydney?" I asked, looking at him.

"Oh she's my sister. Um hi, I'm Axel," he said laughing.

"Nice to meet you, Axel! Man, that was fun!"

"Yeah um thanks for playing along with me!"

"Anytime. So what are you doing here, Ax?"

"Well just like you, I got tricked into watching these little monsters."

"Oh I didn't get tricked. This is my job and these kids are sweethearts."

"Sweethearts? Well not with the behavior reports that you give my sister."

"I never used the word, 'monsters', Axel. I just said that they have a lot of energy."

"Uh same thing."

"No, it's not." (I was getting offended.)

Then he pulled me into his arms. "I'm just kidding. Please don't be mad at me."

"I won't be if you stop referring to the children that way. You should come hang out with my younger siblings because they can be monsters."

"Sounds like fun!"

"Really?"

He nodded. "So have you told your parents about us yet?"

"No the right moment hasn't come yet."

He gave me a puzzling look.

I sighed. "Since I'm one of fourteen, it's always so loud and crazy at my home that I barely get my parents all to myself at the same time. But don't worry, I'm planning on telling them soon."

"Good. But I really want to help you take care of your younger monsters at your home soon!"

"Yeah, I'd like that too!"

He smiled. "So I gotta know, how is Jack at home?"

"He's a pain."

"Oh sounds like the Jack I know."

I laughed.

"What?"

"I just found that funny."
