Chapter 22- The Holy Sword in Her Heart

I had stared in amazement as Kirito killed Chudelkin, my Kirito's display of power was incredible. It was like, for a breif moment, he turned into someone else. I slowly moved closer to him. I whispered, "Kirito... he's all that matters. I'll protect him, no matter the cost." Then it was time to deal with Administrator.

Kirito, Administrator, and I talked about the Dark Territory invasion for some time, about how under prepared we were. But eventually, Administrator said "Release Recollection." And the divine weapons throughout the room all combined together into one creature. She called it the sword golem. We had to fight it but we didn't stand a chance. I was injured badly, Eugeo was barely able to withstand the assault for 4 seconds, and Kirito. Kirito was impaled through the chest with enough force to pin him to the wall.  Just then, Cardinal arrived, firing a blast at the golem. Cardinal healed the three of us. However, Administrator's golem got up and we discovered that it was made from those precious to the Integrity Knights and the swords were transformed people. 

Eventually, Administrator killed Cardinal after a rather one-sided battle. Me, Eugeo, and Kirito all faught the golem again. I ran and leaped at the Golem, shouting "ENHANCE ARMAMENT!!" And attacked it in midair, Eugeo followed my lead by shouting "Enhance Armament!! Bloom! BLUE ROSES!!" He encased part of the Golem in ice and Kirito screamed, "ENHANCE ARMAMENT!" The Dark Repulser released a wave of Dark Energy at the Golem, severely damaging some of the swords.  It was starting to seem like we were going to win. I was then slashed across the chest before I could react and knocked into a wall, I immediately started healing my wound. Kirito blocked an attack aimed at hin but was sent across the room, the golem moved to behead him but Eugeo ran in front of him. Blocking the attack before being split open like an egg shell, causing him to drop to the ground. 

"EUGEO!!!!!" Screamed an enraged animal, armed with the Holy Sword Excalibur and Dark Repulser, charging at the sword golem. "System call! CALIBUR, ENHANCE ARMAMENT!!!!!!!" It was then that Kirito unsheathed Excalibur and dual wielded it with Dark Repulser. Divine lightning surged throughout the room as his Godly Sword emitted a radiant power. Administrator was stunned, "Impossible.... he couldn't even use the Release Recollection for Dark Repulser, so how can he use the Excalibur in Full Armament Control?" She questioned as Kirito quickened his pace and swung Dark Repulser is front of him. "RELEASE RECOLLECTION! DARK REPULSER!" my eyes widened as a purple light filled the chamber, the Dark Repulser crackling with black Lightning as it glowed a vibrant purple. It's memory release wasn't an attack, it was a reinforcement spell. "You idiot.... you're going to tear yourself apart..." I whispered. I knew that he wasn't a godlike entity like Administrator, his life would be decreased by using Perfect Weapon Control on 2 weapons at a time. 

Kirito charged at the Golem, blocking sword after sword as he dodged, jumped, and rolled around the monstrosity. He then leaped into the air and went into the attack he used on me, he started to shatter and damage the swords. He had shattered 7, broken 6, and damaged 3. Thirteen swords were unusable thanks to Kirito. However, as he finished his attack, he was impaled but he kept moving forward, along the length of the blade, charging at the Piety Module that gave life to the golem, nearly splitting himself in two as he let out a roar, "RAAAAAAAHH!!!!!!!!" Kirito then did a heavy thrust at the piety module and shattered it, killing the golem. Kirito then looked to the Pontifex and charged her but she blocked his attack and shattered the Dark Repulser before she grabbed Excalibur and stabbed him with it before throwing him to the side. My eyes widened in horror, "KIRITO!!!!" I jumped to my feet and ran over to him. "Kirito!!" I let myself slide on the ground so I would be spared the time of kneeling or crouching. I then started to chant. "System call.... Generate Luminous Element. Restore lost organs." I healed his right lung, heart, as well as digestive tract. Kirito was unable to move for now and Administrator generated a sword and tried to attack him.

I charged in and attacked against Administrator, doing my best to buy time for Kirito to regain his strength. I faught Administrator with the fury of a cornered beast. She used various sword skills before she cut me along the waist and I fell over, whispering to Kirito.  "I-it's not your fault.." before I was catapulted away by Administrator's power. Kirito rose to him feet, gripping his head, hair covering his eyes as he whispered something, "Sachi.... not again.... Not again... it won't happen.... not this time... never.... NOT AGAIN!!!" Kirito let out a guttural howl, making the sound of wounded and cornered beast battling a predator, as he lunged for Quinella while Eugeo was bleeding to death himself. I didn't like this, it looked like I was about to lose Kirito and Eugeo.
