Sinon, as much as she knew she had to fight, found herself unable to move or speak. As Subtilizer's lips drew nearer, as if he was going to inhale her sale straight out of her mouth, Sinon was paralyzed. She was confused, filled with doubt, and she was afraid. Yet, just as the monster's lips were about to connect with her own, Sinon felt a sudden warmth and intense heat in her chest as she felt electricity course through her entire body! The sudden electromagnetic discharge repelled her from Subtilizer, Sinon's eyes wide in shock and awe as she noticed a glowing, electrified object.

"Th-this is..." She whispered as she stared at the glowing necklace. Suddenly, her eyes widened even more. 'This is Kirito's! But... what is it doing here?' It had been the electrode from when Kirito had tried to save her. 'H-how....' Sinon thought as she looked at it, now confused. Why was the necklace she had left at her house in this world? Slowly, she reached up her hand to the conductor and smile softly as she clasped it. "You saved me, again, didn't you?" She asked peacefully as she remembered what she had been through with the raven-haired boy.

"Kirito... what's going to happen if this game becomes another SAO?"

"Hmm... then, I'll just kill the final boss and beat it."

"That could work... but ALO wasn't designed as a death game... what if the glitch that prevents us all from logging out is never fixed?"

"S-Sinon... Asada, don't cry... it'll be alright. We won't be stuck in hear forever. A large update like the one that came out the other day is bound to have some glitches, but I'm sure it'll be fixed. But... until it's fixed, I'll make sure we all stay alive until we knwo for sure that dying will just log us out if no one revives us in time. It'll be alright, I promise."

"O-okay... alright, thank you, Kirito..."

-end flashback-

Sinon then felt something gripping her and looked to her side, seeing Kirito. He was lifting her bow with her, walking her through how to shoot it. 'This... this is from when I first joined ALO.' Sinon thought as she looked at the boy, remembering more time she spent with him. However, then she looked back at the necklace and heard Kirito's voice. "I promised to look after you, didn't I?" Sinon smiled happily as she gazed at the electrode. Had he somehow... sensed her danger and used some sort of spell or ability to save her? Sinon didn't know, and if she was entirely honest, she didn't care. She didn't need to know how it happened, or how she heard his voice. But she knew that Kirito had saved her, he was just keeping his promise.

The glow faded from the electrode as she moved it to her lips, as if kissing Kirito's forehead. "Then, I can do this." She whispered to herself. Sinon looked up, looking at Subtilizer's bored expression with a hard face. She gripped her bow once again, now that she knew she could use imagined objects, she saw no reason why she couldn't use her Hécate. Sinon imagined having her sniper and the bow transformed into her signature weapon. She then cocked her gun at record speed and lined up a shot. "You're not a god or a devil. You're just a man!" And humans are weak against bullets, and so she pulled the trigger. The thunderous sound of the high caliber round leaving the barrel put Sinon in her element, Subtilizer tried to block it with his hand but it dispersed the shadows around the hand. Sinon quickly realized that he must have been using them as energy shielding. "Don't lose... Punch through, Hécate!" She exclaimed as she cocked the gun and fired off another shot. This time, the round shot a hole straight through his palm!

Sinon smirked as she saw the bullet hole, finally confirming that he was human afterall. 'Soul or not, a man is still a man. A human without a heart is still a mortal, and mortals don't take bullets well.' She thought but frowned when the hole was filled in my shadows. Sinon knew she could blow Subtilizer away, reducing him to smoke and ashes, but she was worried he may just come back. So she thought it would be better to prolong the fight to waste as much time as possible, hence why she aimed for his hand and not his head. However, Subtilizer then took his gun from his hip once more and shadows engulfed it. Once they faded, his sidearm had charged into a sniper! Sinon smirked and cocked her Hécate again. "Bring it on." She said calmly. Afterall, if it was a sniper battle, she wouldn't lose. She was the best sniper in GGO, afterall, and the only reason Subtilizer beat her was because he snuck up on her and faught her at close range.
