                        (Louis P. O. V)

I can't sleep.

I keep thinking about Roxanna. I can't believe she's my mom's namesake, I know it's not a big deal to you, but it is to me. My mom's name was special, Unique. Just like her.

Her name has two meanings, bright and Dawn. My mom was as bright as the sun. The light of my world. And just like her name, that sun dawned.

The only difference is, this sun will never rise again.

She's gone forever.

I didn't even know when it was daybreak. I stood up and took a shower in the bathroom I found at the back of the store.

While In the shower, I felt something climb my leg. I looked down to find it was a rat, I flinched back with a screech.

Ugh disgusting.

I took out some clothes in the clothing department. I took a black hoodie and black sweatpants.

Damn I love black.

I decided to go for a walk, I need to figure out what to do next. I put on my shoes and begun my journey to the unknown.

I've been walking for a while now, I was beginning to think I had gotten lost until I found the motel I passed last night. I wonder if Roxanna is here?

Wait, why would I think that? But it wouldn't hurt to say hi, would it? I should just check if she's okay, who knows, she might not even be in there.
I walked in only to find an old man snoring like a pig.

"A yo big buddy. Wake up," I tap the old man making him sit up immediately. Before I knew it a gun was pointed at my head. Wow.

"Who are you? What do you want? I don't have money!" He yelled. The dude thinks I'm here to Rob him? Considering my situation, that wouldn't seem so bad.... No! Bad Louis! Bad!

I know I am as broke as hell right now, but I would never steal. I rather die.

I rather die than become one of the people that took my sun away.

"Easy buddy, I don't want to rob you. I just wanted to ask if you have a client named Roxanna or Ronan in one of your rooms here."

The man seemed a bit calm, but he didn't put the gun down. I didn't even ask him to, so that's understandable.

"I only have one client in this god-damned place." He glared.

"Ok, what room are they staying in?"

"23."

"Thanks," I said walking away. I could still feel like the man was still pointing the gun at my back as I walked away. But I really don't care if he shoots me. I honestly don't mind dying at this point of my life.

I could hear the sound of video games being played as I neared room twenty three. I knocked on the door and the sound of video game stopped. The room became dead silent.

The door swings open to reveal a frowning Roxanna. My heart leaped as our eyes connected. Her steel eyes are red now, she had eye bags and her face looks pale.

She looks sick.

"Uh.... Hello." I said awkwardly.

"What do want?" she asked cutting straight to the point. So straight forward. Me likey.

But that is a good question. What do I want? I have absolutely no business here. But then again...I have no business anywhere so....

"I came to chill with you guys," I said, it's like we've been friends for years.

"Sorry but we're about to leave.... and how did you find my room?" She asked.

"The old man told me." I frowned, "Can't I just tag along with you guys?" Okay, now I really sound desperate. Where's your dignity Louis?

Is this what my life has come to? A tag along? Three weeks ago, people would be begging to be in the same room as me. Now look at me, A damn tag along.

"No," she said, slamming the door in my face.

Do you love rejection? I most certainly do not. But when Roxanna rejects me, it's a major turn on. It makes me want her more.

What is wrong with me?!

I don't know what I was waiting for, I should probably leave but ... But I don't want to.

The door suddenly swings open revealing a young teenage girl.

"Oh hi! come in," she says sweetly. But the only thing I could focus on are her similar features with Roxanna. Only that her eyes are blue and she doesn't exactly have the same warrior spirit as Roxanna.

I need help.

I walked in and found Roxanna on the other side of the room. The others were at another.

"Your sister is nicer than you," I blurted out, but I don't regret it. I find it fun to tease her, I don't know why.

"Get. Out." She said with every ounce of seriousness her body could let out.

"Come on, I want to play with him," the teenage girl said. That was both sweet and scary. I remember the last time a little girl wanted to play with me.....

She tortured me. she put make up on me and cut my hair. My damn hair. Little sisters are scary.

"But you guys, we have to go to Uncle John's," Roxanna said and the color drained from all their faces. Now that, that was priceless.

"NOOOO!!" They all yelled. Except for that Ronan guy. Like seriously does he talk?

"Come on guys, uncle John's not that bad," she said and they all gave her a look. "Okay, maybe he is that bad but we have no where else to go."

Hey, looks like we're all homeless. Nice to know I Joined the club.

"Let's just stay here one more day," the kid wearing the fancy glasses said.

"Or forever," another said.

Roxanna seemed to be thinking about it. She eventually sighed in defeat.

"Okay, One more day. But on one condition. No one disturbs my sleep okay?" She said.

She really looked like she needed a lot of sleep. Although I can't promise I won't disturb her, I just want to. I don't know why.

"Yay!" We all shouted.

She rolls her eyes before collapsing on the bed. I poked her but she didn't react, she was Already asleep. She must've been exhausted.

I turned to find all her siblings glaring at me.

Well this should be fun.
