*Chapter 32: The visits

"This place is amazing, Ruby. You're doing such a good job here. I'm really proud of you." I said honestly which makes her squeal.

"I'm so glad you like it! Oh! I promised to introduce you to Jack!" She says loudly. Wow, she's really excited.

"You mean the guy Ronan doesn't like?"

"Yeah." She says lowering her head, but she brought it back up with a hopeful smile. "But I just know you'll love him! I'll go get him! Wait here!" She said then skipped away.

I took the time to admire the company's interior decor. It is really beautiful. They are lot of models here. And Quite professional designers, not to mention the clothes.

"What's a sexy thing like you standing all alone here." I turn around to see a guy wearing a white shirt with a leather jacket and camo pants.

He had jet black hair, almost the same shade as mine, but mine is darker. His eyes are dark and glimmer with mischief. He's the same height as I am. And that's saying something, since I am a 6'1. Not to mention, he ricks of alcohol and drugs.

"Excuse me?" I say taking off my sunglasses to narrow my eyes at him. My nose scrunches in disgust. He's actually quite handsome, but his attitude stinks.

"How about we go somewhere a little more private. You and me? We can have some real fun together." He says and I slap him right across the face. I'm obviously older than this kid, and here he is flirting with me.

Blood trickled down his lip and he licked it. Ew. "Feisty. I like it." He says and I bared my teeth in anger, he stepped closer to me. I was about to punch him when Ruby came back.

"JACK!" She yelled making the guy in front of me curse. "There you are! I've been looking all over for you! I can't believe you've already met my sister!"

"Who?"

"Her! You silly!" She pointed at me and all the color drained from his face.

"Y-you are..... No way...." He said and I rolled my eyes at him. Really? This is the third time today this is happening.

"Yes way!" Ruby squealed. Oh no. Don't tell me this idiot that was flirting with me is her boyfriend. "Roxy, this is Jack Rhodes. My boyfriend." She says.

Great.....

I turn my gaze to him and he visibly gulps. Beads of sweat at the top of his head. I'm not sure if it's the fact that he was flirting with the world's most dangerous woman. Or the fact that he was flirting with his girlfriend's sister.

"Roxy?"

How could my little sister have ended up with such a low life. I mean I just came from fixing a love problem for my little brother. Now I have to deal with this! Why does their love lives consist of problems!

I said it before and I'll say it again.

I hate love.

"Roxy!" Ruby called out, snapping me out of my thoughts. My anger was rising. And my head is pounding. I felt suffocated.

"I'm going to Ronan's company." I deadpan before turning around to leave, but Ruby blocks my way. Worry written all over her face.

"What?! Why are you leaving so soon?! Is it something about the company! I can fix it, just tell me what it is."

"Nothing is wrong with your company, Rubs. It's perfect. But something is definitely wrong with that." I said pointing at Jack, who was frozen as a statue. "And trust me I don't think it's something you can fix."

I stormed out of the company. Not knowing the hurt I just inflicted on my little sister.
