chapter 39: Vacation

                    (Roxy's P. O. V)

I was sitting on the kitchen island eating cereal when Ruby walked in. Her hair was flying in all directions and her eye bags were almost gone, she also had a lazy smile on her face. I wonder why she's so happy.

She walked up to me and put both her hands on either side of me, caging me. She looked at me and her smile widened. "Rubs, you okay?" I said taking a spoon of my cereal.

She attacked me with a bear hug that made me spill my cereal all over us. "Ruby! Look what you did!"

"Awwww thank you! thank you! thank you! thank you!" She said shaking me.

"For what?" She looked at me like a lunatic. Okay, I'm feeling scared now.

"You killed him didn't you? Castrated and amputated him. You're so amazing!" She hugged me again. Has she lost her mind? For some reason, I thought she would be upset.

"Aren't you mad?" I asked concerned. When I killed Jack, I thought when she'd find out she'd be mad at me. Maybe she's drunk.

"Mad? Oh no I'm ecstatic! This is the best thing anyone has ever done for me! Woohoo!!!" She said and sat down on the stool beside me. I stared at her with wide and concerned eyes as she fixed herself a bowl of cereal.

The boys walked in and they all looked like shit. The three stopped in their tracks and looked between Ruby's overjoyed face and my cereal stained shirt.

"Roxy you have some stuff on your shirt." Ranger said and I glared at him.

"I'm aware." I said and they all sat around the kitchen island and looked at Ruby with concerned looks.

"Ruby we have something very important to tell you." Ronan said very slowly as if speaking to a child.

"Promise you won't freak out, Rubs." Rolland said and Ruby nodded her head with a maniacal smile. Ranger took out his phone and gave it to Ruby. I tilted my head to have a better look.

' Jack Rhodes, boyfriend of Ruby Ferrer was found amputated and castrated in his apartment. Autopsy reports prove that he bled to death, but the killer still shot him in the head. This was a very ruthless act and the police are carrying out their investigation '.

I finished reading and snorted. Police my shit. Once they find out it was I who did it, they'd just drop the case. We all looked at Ruby waiting to see her reaction.

"What is wrong with these people it is clearly EXboyfriend. Get it right stupid news." She said and laughed hysterically as she got off the stool. "Woo! Life is good!" She said pumping her fists in the air and leaving the kitchen. And all of us scared out of our minds.

"I say we take her to therapy." Ranger broke the silence and Rolland shook his head.

"Nah bro, I say we take her to a mental asylum."

"I say we go on a vacation." Ronan suggests and we all raise a brow at him and he shrugs. "What we haven't had a vacation in thirteen years, the stress is obviously getting to our heads. Wouldn't it be nice to get out for a while just relax." He says and we all agree.

"But where are we gonna go?" Ranger chimes in.

"HAWAII!!!" A little squeaky voice said from behind us making the boys scream and hold on to each other like their lives depended on it. I, on the other hand don't get scared so I just turned around to see an adorable Raelynn in her wheelchair.

"Raelynn Ferrer! You scared the shit out of me!" Rolland says placing his hand on his chest.

"How long have you been here?" Ranger asked.
