chapter 36: You know That feeling

                       (Rolland's P. O. V)

You know that feeling, where you see things are happening right in front of you but you just don't believe it. It's right there, like it's literally right there, but you just can't believe it's happening.

I can't move, I can't think, I can't breathe, I can't feel my own heart. What is wrong with me?

This is exactly how I felt when Roxy told me our parents were dead. Is it weird that within these five years, I still believed my parents would come back. That they would come through that front door and hug all of us, and tell us they are never leaving us.

That they would never leave us.

I don't understand what I am seeing. It or rather she is right in front of me covered in blood but I don't understand why. I know she fell from a balcony but Why. Why her? Why me? Why can't I live a normal life? Why won't my parents come back?

WHY?

WHY?

I might act like the world's number one player, who only cares about having sex. But that's far from the truth.

I cared about my parents, I care about my twin Ronan, I care about my younger siblings, Ruby, Ranger, Raelynn. They are my responsibility.

I remember Roxy saying we're all her responsibility. She can't leave us.

We....we are her responsibility. She just can't.

                    (Ronan's P. O. V)

You know that feeling where people are screaming, running even fainting. But your just stuck, frozen in place.

People are running right past you, but it feels like it's just me and her in the room. She's in her own pool of blood.

I've seen this before.

Five years ago, my mom was covered in her own blood. My father was decapitated, covered in his own goddamn blood!

And they died. They left me.

Am I such a pain that everyone wants to leave me? I remember while my parents were alive, they were the only people I used to talk to. They were my only friends, I didn't like talking much. When they died I felt so alone. I was such a pain that they left me. Now she thinks she can leave me to?

I had a dream once. My parents were there. They told me to open up to people, at least my siblings. I opened up to Roxy the most. I always tried to be with her, to protect her. Since I couldn't protect my parents.

And I couldn't protect her.

              (Ruby's P. O. V)

"You're so beautiful. This is all mine. Only you are mine." Jack whispered while trailing kisses down my neck.

We're in my room having a make out session when I hear people screaming.

"Mmm Jack-ah. People are....uh screaming." I breathe.

"Ssshh... It's not important eno-"

"WE NEED A DOCTOR!!!!" Someone yelled and I snapped out of it and pushed Jack off me and ran out of my room.

I was running past the balcony that overlooked the living room, when something red caught my eye from downstairs.

I looked over the railing and saw someone on the floor covered in blood. I gasped" oh my God!"

I bolted down the stairs to have a better look at the person. Where is Roxy? This is so not how I wanted this party to go for her. She was just up at the balcony. Maybe she's in her room.
