Chapter 22:
“Do you think they’ll be trying to get the girl back anytime soon sir?” Jake asked. “They have no idea where we are, Jake. But we shouldn’t worry about that. I have every plan possible if they try to take her.” Victor smiled sinisterly. Ariel sat on her bed, sad, and was in very deep thought. What if Jordan and everyone else was looking for her? Were they okay? She groaned, and walked to the small window. The sun slowly creeped down, hiding behind the tall green trees. She remembered, that not too long ago, she was looking out the hospital window, in shock from all of the people outside, trying to capture them, before any of this ever happened. Jordan had a heart attack. Oh, Jordan. Ariel’s eyes filled with tears as she thought of Jordan. Her smile, her laugh, and how sweet she was to her. Ariel wondered if Jordan was missing her just as much as she was missing her. Ariel shut the blinds in anger, and lyed down on the springy bed, and slowly closed her eyes. She dreamed of the happy and emotional reunion once she was rescued. She saw in her dream how Victor was painfully killed by Jordan. She smiled to herself. How great would that be?
