It aren't the snowflakes
They fall so slow, touch each other,
Row by row, and we don't even bother,
To look at one, one to melt,
In the hands of our son, to see what it felt,
They seem so perfect, but they are so cold,
They are so easily wrecked, and melt when hold,
They don't feel, they don't live,
We don't conceal, and we don't give,
They might look soft, but we all know,
The snowflakes are just lost, don't know where to go,
We run around, catch them in our hand,
Don't know what we found, don't know where we went,
The one you hold isn't the last, and you wouldn't know how to stop the snow,
Although it melts so fast, because it will always grow and grow.
