You were walking down the hallway and people were shouting out to you, "It's Mrs. Diggory!" and some people were even showing the front page of the newspaper as you passed by. Pansy and her 2 friends walked up to you, showing the front page. "Ha! You think Cedric would ever want to date a loser like you?!" Pansy spat. She shoved you back and before you could land on the ground, an arm caught you from falling. You looked and saw that it was Cedric. He glared at Pansy and then looked at everyone else and there was silence. He scolded, "It's immature of you to harass someone over nothing. Now stop it!" and he walked off with you.
He took you to an empty hallway and you cried and hid your face in his chest. He hugged you tightly and comforted you, "Hey. I'm here for you." he said with a soothing voice. He ran his fingers through your soft and silky long hair and rubbed your back. He wiped your tears away and placed his hands on your cheeks. "(y/n). There's something I need to tell you and I want you to hear me out." You looked at him and nodded. "I love you." was all he said. Your eyes widened and he continued, "I've started liking you since my fourth year. I noticed it when I would get jealous when other guys tried to flirt with you and all. Ever since we first met, I was always happy to be with you. Every time I had a bad day or wasn't in the best mood, you never failed to make me happy again." You let out a little gasp and replied, "I like you too. Ever since my third year. I would always get jealous when girls would flirt with you and your smile would always brighten my day." He smiled and asked, "Will you be my girlfriend then?" You smiled and nodded and he pulled you in for a hug.
You walked with Cedric in the hall and he was proudly holding your hand and didn't care what people said. You heard girls whispering to each other of jealousy. Your friends all came up to you and the twins said, "Finally! Pretty boy Diggory asked her out!" and you both laughed.
*Time-skip*
McGonagall announced about the Yule Ball and she had Ron demonstrate with her, which was hilarious to watch, on how to ballroom dance. You and Cedric were dancing partners since you both already knew how to ballroom dance.
*Flashback*:
You were 8 years old and your father was dancing with you. "You're doing wonderful, princess." You father exclaimed with glee. "Our little baby is growing up." Your mother gushed as she watched the adorable sight.
*Flashback ends*
You and Cedric danced with grace and beauty. McGonagall praised you, "Wonderful Mrs. (l/n) and Mr. Diggory! That was beautiful!" and everyone cheered and clapped, except for a few people, including Draco and Cho Chang.
*Time-Skip*
You and Hermione were getting ready and you had to be early since Hermione was going with Victor and you were obviously going with Cedric. After getting ready, you left and walked gracefully to the Great Hall. The 2 of you were stars in people's eyes and you heard some people say, "They're so beautiful." The champions stared in awe as the 2 of you slowly walked down the stairs as if you were princesses. Cedric held his hand out for you and Victor did the same for Hermione. Cedric pulled you closer to him and gently brushed his forehead against yours, "You are SO beautiful." he said with a soft and quiet tone.
The doors slowly opened and you and the champions walked in. You walked to the center of the Great Hall and the music started to play. You and Cedric danced with beauty and grace and people started to join in.
A band started playing and Cedric grabbed your hand and led you out to the courtyard. Snow was falling and Cedric noticed that you were shivering, so he took his jacket off and placed it on your shoulders.
Standing in the center of the courtyard, Cedric interlocked his fingers with yours and got close to you. You wrapped your arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around your waist. You looked deeply into each other's eyes and he leaned in and slowly closed his eyes and you slowly closed yours. You felt his warm and soft lips pressed against your and your arms tightened around his neck and his arms tightened around your waist. This was your first kiss and Cedric wanted to make it special for you. The kiss was so passionate, you'd never forget it.
The clock chimed and it was Midnight. He slowly pulled away and smiled at you. He pulled out a small box and handed it to you, you opened it and gasped when you saw what it was. It was the beautiful necklace you saw at Hogsmeade when you went with him and your friends last year.

"Merry Christmas, my snow queen." Cedric smiled at you. (It was Christmas Eve, but now it's Christmas because it's midnight) You placed your hand on your mouth, "Oh Merlin. It's so beautiful!" you exclaimed. Cedric put it on for you and the gem was glowing.
You smiled at Cedric and said, "You made my night special. Thank you so much." He smiled back, "Anything for my girlfriend." and he kissed you again.
*In your dorm room (You shared a dorm room with Hermione and Ginny*
"Tell us what happened! We want to know!" Hermione said with excitement. You told them about your first kiss and they squealed, "Awe!! That's so beautiful!!" and the three of you were giggling.
