Chapter 11

Demon enhancement inspired by @ink_quill_pen Hope you don't mind me using a bit of the idea, I've changed it a bit and why it happens

"How did this happen?!" Satan exclaimed pointing at the young bed shivering, sweating and fighting in the covers. "I don't know!" Lucifer told the taller man. "Since it's almost mating season demons get their full power and are able to mate but Rin shouldn't be getting his power much less transforming! ESPECIALLY, this young of a age!" The white haired man yelled. "AHHHHHHH!" The pain curdling scream filled the room and the royal family of demons became quiet and realised the noise would only make things worse for the young demon. The too young of a demon. Satan made no sound and went over to the boy and lay on the bed cuddling him. 

Rin calmed down a from his wrestling a little bit from cuddling with his father. When a demon goes through a power enhancement it's painful as the body not only has more power it has to make the body adjust to it and add the body making bones shift, more bones come in or some taken away. Muscle enhancements, taken away muscles or anything like that. Demon enhancement happens when Gahenna thinks the demon is ready for it's natural power. When is demon is born they only have about twenty-five percent or less of their power and then suddenly they get seventy-five percent of their power suddenly given to them. But demons only go through it before mating season, it's usually two weeks or one week before depending on if they need time to adjust or if they can go straight into mating season. Another problem is Rin is going into demon enhancement a week before mating season and his family are scared that Rin is only getting a small percentage of his power as sometimes demons can be giver their power in separate times so for three years straight you will go into pain for a week or two before mating season for more of your power until you have one hundred percent of it. 

A demon transformation can be helped by a family member if they cuddle as it helps, the body feels the presence  their with and realise it as a healing mechanism so the body reacts to it like  "hey they will heal me so it's all good" and calms down a very small amount and I mean very small amount. Rin stopped screaming and his shivering calmed but his teeth still gritted and his tail wanting to wack in aggravation and pain but it didn't dare to move as it would be in more pain and Rin would be in more pain. Rin slightly hummed at the feeling of not being as much pain but still a lot, and I mean a lot. Like you just did jack shit to your body. Satan gave a weak smile but it faded. Lucifer and Azazel came over and cuddled in and Satan wrapped his arm around Lucifer and kept his other arm around Rin, Azazel didn't like being cuddled he like to be the one cuddling, it gave him a sense of power as Azazel had self-esteem problems as a kid and when people tried to comfort him he felt weak but he got over it but he doesn't like being cuddled.

"No fair!" Samuel whisper shouted and he got whacked over the head by Astaroth and Samuel looked at him mad but saw him putting a finger to his mouth as everyone else looked mad at him too. He put his hands up in defeat and walked out of the room, QUIETLY. Everyone else left slowly after that but with Satan, Lucifer, Azazel and Rin staying in the young demons room. They slowly fell asleep but Satan stayed awake a little longer wanting to make sure his sons were okay. 

Five days later

(Satan pov)

"AHHHHHH!!!" Rin screamed, yelled, cried everything that indicated he was in pain. This was the worst day, pain got worse since the first day, since then it got days worse since then. No-one could go in since day three for a few reasons. One roasting flames surrounded the room and I'm glad we made it flame proof or Rin would be devastated when he came back to his senses. The family can stay with the demon for the first few days but around the third to fifth day you can't go anywhere near them or into the private area that they are kept in as the next few days are special and are when the real enhancement happens and it is a crucial time for them to be alone and under stand themselves to the fullest. We can't go near them/in the private area until they are ready and say it okay and that they feel okay. Because also during this time they are very territorial. I got clawed at by Rin and saw did his brothers, he tried to bite them, throw fire at them, and just burn them and we realised it was time to leave. Now almost no-one has been able to sleep due to the screaming and we all hate hearing one us in pain, every time this has happened we haven't been able to sleep through whoever's pain curdling screams filled the castle. All we can do is wait and we only have to wait two more days and it'll be over and it will also be mating season, all demons love that season, well unless your alone and it's a painful experience as having no-one to be with. Trying to keep your heat under wraps so you don't pounce on a already taken demon or a not taken demon. 

Day seven

(Rin pov)

'My head hurts' I thought as I groggily and painfully woke up. I slowly sat up hearing every bone in my body crack. "Ah," I gritted my teeth as they cracked and I stretch trying to release my cramps and in which I did. I stood up and walked around trying to sort my muscles and bones out and eventually I felt better. I went into the bathroom and realised I was still wearing the clothes from days ago. While walking around I remembered the short conversation from a week ago about my demon enhancement and I also knew I had been asleep and in pain for days now. But what I hadn't expected was my image. I walked out and went to my bedroom door  hoping to find someone to ask what the fuck happened. I walked out and saw Astaroth. I looked down at my hands then back up at him with terrified and wonderous eyes. "Wha... What happened?"
