Before I start I just want to say that this story will be loosely based on the show. In this story Spencer joined the BAU when he was 19 and is very new to the team, I'm pretty sure that its not possible to do some of the thing that everyone will do in the story so please don't come at me.
The only thing that will stay the same in this story is the characters mannerisms and how they usually talk to each other.

Yes, Olivia is 17 at the beginning and Spencer starts having feeling for her but nothing happens between them until she turns 18.
