Visualization, taught all over the world to encourage the outlook of personal goals, accomplishments and giving the universe a clear picture of what we want for our life. This might sound easy, just to think in our heads a picture of what we want, it is not that simple. In the Bible where it speaks about praying to God and having faith. We ask God for something that we want or need and we just believe that God will give it to us. (Ask and ye shall receive). Having faith is adjusting your thoughts and actions to already having it believing that it's been done; no question.

In many ways the traits of someone that lives with MD is very similar to the concepts it takes to understand and live under the law of attraction. MD goes beyond the typical borders of the brain than the normal activity.

The law of attraction is one of the most solid, freely available tools for life that applies to everyone. To me it is one of the truths of the universe that I call a 'wallflower miracle". This is a solid truth that has been scientifically, biblically, and psychologically proven to be the gift of abundant life. It is a decision to map out the way to a more positive life. However, even in knowing that this concept can do no wrong, it still stands in the background of many other ideas or concepts that are not as genuine. These other concepts crowd around and flood out the law of attraction because of their 'get rich quick' propaganda; leaving the buyer in more of a negative spot than before.

A law is a proven principle that applies to everyone. There are no exceptions, overrides, or extra credit, it never changes and keeps the same rules forever. Very simple, you get what you put out and put forth energy into a project and you get positive results. The law of attraction also implies that the harder you imagine and believe, and put some sweat and tears into it, you will manifest the best results for you.

Maladaptive daydreaming can become so intense that your subconscious truly believes that what is being created in the mind is reality so the universe works along with this. In some ways MD is the perfect example of this law.

My daydreaming had intense relationships, situations that I would know nothing about at the age I was at. I made adult choices, took care of myself and others, and was sought after for help and advice which I created in detail. I obsessed over these people, places and events with emotion. Later on down the road when I took the time to look back I was amazed at what I discovered. In almost every situation I made up in my daydream, I have experienced them all in one form or another. I attracted all these things to my reality. I got what I put out in the universe. The energy we release both positive and negative, finds its way to show us the way we live.
