The door slid open with a bang. "XiaoWu!!!" WuAi was starting to think that her brother and XiaoPeng was a good match. She turned away from her discussion with LiDong about the computer software.

"XiaoPeng, this is a hospital." In came XiaoTian as well.

WuAi laughed, "It's ok to be loud for just a little bit."

XiaoTian handed a little gift box over. "It's your get well gift." His eyes slid to the 2 other people in the room and nodded his head hello. Her left hand man grabbed LiDong to leave, but he adamantly wanted to stay. In the end, LiDong also stayed in the room.

"Who is he?" XiaoPeng pointed towards LiDong.

"This is LiDong. He's from the last batch. I'm currently training him."

"You already have so much to do and you're also training him?" XiaoTian asked, "If you want, I can help you train him. I don't have much to do."

WuAi's eyes glimmered, she really was too busy to oversee LiDong's work, "LiDong, do you want to?" She turned to face him.

She could see his face darken, "Don't want. You have a lot of people back at home to train me."

WuAi chuckled, "He doesn't want to." Holding the gift box from XiaoTian, she frowned. "Where's my get well gift, XiaoPeng?"

"I helped pay for that gift too!"

WuAi turned to XiaoTian, "Did she really?"

He shook his head, "Maybe only 10%?" They laughed, teasing XiaoPeng. She opened the box to find a red and black striped tie. On the inside of the tie was a concealed mini knife.

WuAi hugged each of them, "Thanks, really."

She packed up her belongings, and left the hospital. Finally. She took a deep breath. Fresh air.

A car rolled up to her at the front door. Her family sat in the car. Her mother looked out, "Looks like the twins beat us again." They laughed. It was a beautiful scene.

Soon, it was fall time. Which meant she was joining the 1st Legion. WuAi decided that she would rather live at the dorm with the Legion than to keep going back and forth. If there was an emergency, she could also arrive quicker.

The first day, she moved in. The second day, she wore her military uniform and was introduced to the members. The General was an Alpha WuAi knew well. He was close with the King, and WuAi collaborated on many missions with him. He had the final say in things. Then came his Lieutenant General, the female lead, MingGuang. Immediately, WuAi could feel the animosity radiating off of her. His other Lieutenant General also came in, ZhengYi. He was to be her direct supervisor. Under the 1st Legion, they only had 6,000 people. They had the least amount of people under them compared to the other 4 Legion's.

The rank went down like this: 1 General (Gen.) → 2 Lieutenant General (Lt. G.) → 6 Major General (MG) → 10 Brigadier General (BG) → 500 Colonel (Col.) → 1000 Lieutenant Colonel (Lt. C.) → 1400 Major (MAJ) → 2000 Captain (CPT) → 882 Lieutenant (LT)

Each Major General had a focus/specialty each with around 1000 people under their command. MG#1 focused on foot soldiers, MG#2 focused on the sky soldiers, and MG#3 focused on sea soldiers. MG#4 were doctors and MG#5 were mechanics/engineers. WuAi's focus was espionage.

Due to WuAi's contribution to the secret guards, the general specially opened up a spot for her to be a Major General. The General had high hopes for her and she wasn't going to let them down.

Since WuAi was in espionage, the public was only notified there was a new Major General, but didn't know who it was. WuAi was also specially given members who weren't as known to the public.

On stage WuAi turned towards the 6000 people and saluted them, "Major. General. Wu. Ai. Salute."

"SALUTE!" They shouted back and thus the assembly ended.

The general said he would see the generals again for dinner and they were dismissed.

ZhengYi showed WuAi the place. ZhengYi was currently 30 years old, but he still had a lot of brown curly hair growing. He was dashing in his uniform and beneath it WuAi was sure it was hard muscle. He became WuAi's eye candy for the day.

At lunch time, they decided to go eat at the canteen. Once they got their food, they sat down in a corner and discussed about the Zergs.

"Excuse me," A voice came from over head.

WuAi stopped eating to face the Female lead. She was a beauty of course. As with all female leads. She had a small up turned nose, and a natural blush. It made her seem petite and innocent. But her clothing was disastrous. She liked yellow and white clothing, so her uniform was yellow with white fringes, coupled with her military rank and medal. She was flashy. She truly lived up to her name, MingGuang. WuAi wrinkled her nose, if she was ever into girls, this female lead was not her type. This female lead was quite the white lotus flower.

"Lieutenant General MingGuang." WuAi said.

"WuAi," she replied. ZhengYi frowned at how she called WuAi. They weren't close, and this didn't follow the rules of the military.

WuAi smiled widely at the disrespect, "What is it sir?" The more the female lead acted against her, the more reason she had to kick her out. With Lt. G. ZhengYi as witness.

"I need to talk to Lieutenant General ZhengYi, move to another table." ZhengYi and WuAi exchanged glance.

WuAi shrugged, "OK. I'll go sit somewhere else."

As she stood up to move, ZhengYi held onto her tray, "Just stay here. Lieutenant General MingGuang, we're only going to discuss about the plans right? Major General WuAi certainly would also want to hear it." WuAi sat back down since her direct supervisor was allowing her to stay. She could hear the female lead grinding her teeth.

In the end, the female lead sat next to ZhengYi and discussed.

For the rest of the year, as long as WuAi tried to make friendly discussion with anyone, the female lead would insert herself into the discussion. She seemed to spend more time with WuAi than with her best friend, a Brigadier General.

Anyway, wars were fought against the Zerg, and robots were improving at a visible rate.

At the end of the year, the Legion lost interest in foot soldiers, and started to invest more time and research into war robots.
