i walk side by side with yuna and yeji. felix is also with us but he's behind us. we're all going home, well they are, i'm going to yeji's. just like what mom thought, hyunjin did catch a fever. so he wasn't able to attend school. now i'm going there since i'm worried. well it's partially my fault since i was asleep and he had no idea what to do. also since i have his dry uniform and mom also baked cookies for him. she said she felt guilty about what happened.

i can just give all these to yeji but i also want to see him. nothing, i just want to. i mean i have the right to see him anyway. i have a crush on him so i should see him. yuna and yeji are busy chit chatting while i'm between them when suddenly someone called our attention. the four of us stopped walking and look behind us to find chaeryoung running towards us.

" you guys walk too fast " she said and catched her breath. when she finally did she look up to us and smiled. " i'll walk with you guys since i'm going home alone "

" huh? where's your sister? " yuna asked the question i wanted to ask too.

" oh, she went home early since she's not feeling well " she explained and shrug her shoulders.

" oh yes she did, she looks fine to me though when she left our room " felix said with squinted eyes. chaeryoung nod her head in agreement with a grin on her lips.

" she probably said that excuse just so she can skip classes the legal way " she said which made her, yuna and felix laugh.

" alright let's go home chaeryoung-ah! " yeji said and pulled the girl with her. it left me with yuna and felix.

chaeryoung skipped classes? why do i feel like i know the reason behind that. i shake the thoughts away and focussed on what felix was saying.

" bye yuna! " i said and waved at my dear cousin. i then turned to felix who's beside her. " don't you dare do anything stupid " i said and glared at him. yuna giggled at this while felix raised his hands in the air.

" bye! " chaeryoung bid goodbye to the two as well.

the three of us watched as they walk away towards their house. when they're finally out of our sights we turned around and faced each other. chaeryoung is with us. when we were in the bus i found out that she live near the hwangs.

" we'll get going chaeryoung-ah " yeji said and pulled me with her towards their house. chaeryoung nod her head while waving at us. i waved back at her and catch up to yeji.

it is true that felix's house is indeed our hang out spot. but aside from his house, the hwangs is also the top hang out spot of our circle. so entering their premises now doesn't feel foreign at all. if felix's house is my second home, this is my third home.

" eomma! i'm home! " yeji called while we take off our shoes. we heard nothing. " with someone! i brought someone with me! " yeji added and in an instant, we heard noises from the kitchen.

yeji nod at me and then we made our way to the kitchen. when we arrive there we saw mrs. hwang cooking. she's wiping something off of her hand and she looks like she's in a hurry. but when she saw us she let out a sigh and a warm smile appeared on her lips.
