I walked outta the building and got in the car. I started driving. 

Casie:Are you gonna go away for a long time?

Me:*sighs* I dont know

Casie:What are you facing

Me:I could get 4 years

Casie:4 years? You cant do that

Me:I'll be fine

We pulled up to her school and she unbuckled and looked at me. 

Casie:When is it? The hearing

Me:.......Today at 1

Casie:Good luck 

Me:*smiles* Thank you

She hugged me. 

Casie:I love you

Me:I love you too cas

She got out and went inside and I left. I got home and I went in the kitchen and saw Asheigh and ashton awake. 

Ashleigh:Morning

Me:Morning, cols still asleep?

Ashleigh:Yeah

I made breakfast for Colson and made him a smoothie, I rolled him a blunt and walked upstairs with all that on a tray. I peeked in the twins room and they were asleep. I went into my bedroom and saw a sleeping cols. I set the tray down and I took off my shoes and I crawled into bed next to him. 

Me:Baby  wake up

I moved his hair out of his face and I kissed his forehead. He shifted and stretched finally opening his eyes. He looked at me. 

Me:*smiles* Goodmorning

I kissed him. 

Colson:*smiles* Good morning

I got up and grabbed the tray and walked over and he sat up I set the tray on his lap and sat beside him. 

Colson:*smiles* Thank you 

Me:Your welcome

I sat with him as he ate and we talked. He finished and lit the blunt setting the tray aside. I climbed on his lap and I wrapped my arms around him and laid my head on his shoulder.

Colson:*Smiles* whats up with you?

Me:I have court at 1

I mumbled and he put his free arm around me. At 9 Fredrick came and I went into the kitchen where everyone was. 

Fredrick:Okay I talked with the D.A. and he wants to 'teach you a lesson' 

I rolled my eyes

Fredrick:Because your of a higher status so he offered you plea deal. 

Ashleigh:Which is what?

Fredrick:He will offer you no time a 1200 fine if you make a statement about who the gun belongs to

Me:No 

Fredrick:Listen-

Me:No you listen to me, I'm not making a goddamn statement end of conversation

Fredrick:...Okay um court will be fast the judge will charge you with misdemeanor that is a year or less in jail and if he pleases he will charge you with a fine

I nodded. 

Fredrick:As your lawyer I suggest you get your affairs in order cause this judge does not like what he calls "Privlidged people"
