After, Farala-san and I finally departed I decided to take a trip to the school's infirmary before heading off to the Daisies dorm.

It was dusk by that time. And, the orange sky didn't do anything good but, made me see Mr Brian locking the infirmary's front doors and exit out with a large box in his arm.

"Hello Mr Brian! You are already closing up? " I asked running up to him.

The half goat half human like man looked up at me and smiled.

"Oh, It's Miss Rottensien. Here to check whether Miss Crims had come here today? "

He asked exactly what I had planned to ask him and I nodded vehemently.

He chuckled at my expression but, then twirled his lips down again.

"No, she hasn't, child...

She hasn't come here lately. I wonder what happened to her.. " He said as he checked the contents of the box again- probably old medicines with expired dates.. And let out deep sigh.

I looked at the floor in remorse.

T-That.. Girl.. She really is very pitiful..

The reason I had to meet her in the school's infirmary in itself shows how abnormal her condition is.

It has only been a few days and I already know Iracebeth is the Trash Bin of the class.

She gets kicked, punched verbally insulted.

'Amusing' rumors revolves around her always manages to enter my ears and even though I try to help her like I did then, the girl tries her best to avoid me probably fearing that her bullying might affect me too.

Villanesses have always lived their lives like this in the Fiction World.

According to Fairytale Stories they are the mean guys who bully the protagonist and give them a hard time. But, when we are off the 'stage' and try to survive here as normal characters, things are actually very topsy turvy.

Especially when we have separate characters from how we are depicted on the stage by the letters of the book.

Ira was probably like me too.

I bit my lips with a grim expression.

Her fairytale says she is haughty, cold and heartless but, the real Ira I knew, was nothing but a innocent shy sugercute who struggles to cope up with this judging society..

And, it is because she is different like that, that she's being bullied like this.

I then noticed Mr Brian struggling to carry those heavy boxes and run up to help him.

"Oh.. Thank you.. so much Ms Rottenstein." He smiled as I take the burden from him and grinned in response.

"Of course! It's my pleasure to help you, Sir. After all you are one of the very few people who are nice to me.."

I said smiling and the middle aged satyr laughed at my comment.

"Ho. Ho. What's there to not like about you..? Your considerate guesture of wanting to meet Ira-chan already shows how kind hearted you are.."

"You are flattering me, Mr Brian. I am not like that.. " I blushed at his words but, my face soon become darker.

I am not even strong enough to be beside Ira at all times. The more I want to help her, the more I see how I can't. Especially when the two of us are in different classes, the girl avoids me in fear that I would be bullied too and as a matter of fact half of her days are spent in the infirmary and the rest on the dorm due to the intensity of her injuries.
