The three students stood on the rain just like that, as the eerie awkwardness continued filling each second.
The thunderstorm had no intention of stopping from their behind and looking at the skies, Bluebeard slowly broke the silence.
"For now... L-Let's just take a shelter from the rain."
He whispered softly to the gang.
"Ah, right." Iracebeth looked up calmly as though she had just realised and got up from her position with a dignified poise of a nobel woman.
As she walked away from the headless animal, it's body gradually broke down into golden sparkles. And, the point indicator, Robinhood held on in pocket beeped their score increase.
The sound alerted the orange head from his current tremor. He nodded his head hesitantly in agreement.
"Hmmn.."
When, he got back to reality, he realised that his companions had already left. Robinhood then, quickly rushed forward struggling to catch up with them.
'This.. Girl.. She might be very familiar with the life Rottenstein had led so far. But.. But, like the first day he had met, the two of them ..he knew, Rottenstein was certainly different fron this youngster..'
He recalled the words he had told to Anastasia when she yearned to help Iracebeth on her first day school. It really is funny how he still had wary feelings around Iracebeth though many things has happened.
And, apart from that, the vibe Iracebeth seems to be releasing is..
He looked at right side where the said expression-less faced youngster was walking beside him.
Iracebeth's wet dirty blonde waves fluttered on the air as her feet hit the ground, her bright pink eyes glistened like that of a blood thirsty vampire and with the mature expression she had on her face, she looked more and more less than that of an ordinary school student..
Thomp!
"Ah.."
"Watch your steps, Robinhood."
Bluebeard chided Robinhood from his front trying his best to walk against the rain that was pouring on their opposite direction.
"Y-Yes..Yes! I know, you don't need to remind me."
Robinhood muttered softly in irritation returning back to his normal state of mind.
As, the three walked into the strange part of the lonesome forest, they were bordered by the creepily twisted-branched trees on the side standing beside them like long dark pillars in the gateways of an underworld.
The sky was pitch grey with dark smoke like clouds rolling above due to the strong winds. Lightening flashed amidst them.
And, like expected only the exotic animals, that were currently blazing flash like dangerous eyes on the dark bushes, were found all around them on this thunderstorm.
The path was walkable.
But, it didn't mean it was easy. Many sharp rocks, mushy, sloppy, narrow roads and thorny bushes blocked their paths as though they were deliberately put over here to forbid the people going further.
"T-There are a few caves built on the mountain.. Few are natural and some are man-made created to honor the legendary Cave of Amoura that was supposed to be present in some place around here..If we could just find one.. I am positive we can take shelter there. Though.."
Bluebeard looked around as he told these to the two anxiously.
"I am not sure what danger we might bump into over here, especially on weather like this..."
