'It was a festival alright. It was definately a festival.'
My jaws literally dropped down in awe when, I looked at cute crepe papers hangings with heart symbols, heart themed candy shops, heart textured and heart everything else of that place.
It seemed like the theme 'love' was the only thing present on this town's festive streets that had was lit by golden candle lights all round the locality.
The roads were fully crowded just like city market with people of all ages.
And, Under the hazy cloud-hidden crescent light, everything seemed so magical..
Ha.. Calling this town the Cupid Village seemed to give proper justice.
I realised it looking at this place.
Apart from that, like Juilet informed us earlier, there were many kids wearing the wrist bands in the colour of their own houses along with the emblem of the Fairy Knight Academy too..
I narrowed my eyes with a sheepish look.
'It seems like half of the school's population is already here...'
"No one told me the event would be this grand. I am totally unprepared alright!"
I sulked loudly since my voice was hardly audible on this crowd.
And, hearing my cry the lucious maroon hair of Juliet Scarlett abruptly turned towards me, with a flutter.
Her face forced an awkward smile as she replies back in the same tone.
"Augh.. Sorry, Anastasia-samma. I forgot about that.. This is a very grand event for the Valentineers of The Cupid Town, especially since the Blue moon day is just in two days.
But, have no fret! No-one is gonna notice how you are dressed like on a event like this. Besides the main reason we had come here.. Is to find Rachel and.."
"Margret!"
Juliet was saying when she suddenly met a group which consisted of one of Juliet's friends from another house.
I do not care a bit about my clothes alright. I am just saying my mind wasn't ready for this yet. And, besides the one who was really bothered about her clothes was ..
"Oh.. My.. This is bad.. I didn't put my make up on.. If I had known I would have packed my festival clothes before!!"
A rather quiet yet panicked Alice stood beside me in one corner.
At Classmate Juliet's call, the group standing on a certain stall immediately turned to us and a bright smiled girl with a short green bob and a big mole under her eye immediately greeted her friend.
"Ahh..! Juliet-chan! You are here too!! Eeeh!"
The two girls squealed to each other in a greeting and Margret, the said friend of Juliet continued.
" I thought you would be hanging out with Rachel-chan and the others for the festival.. "
She said suspecting the presence of the three of us behind her, who were strangers according to them.
"Yes.. I would have. But, I had unfortunately missed them earlier while treating my wounds. That's the reason I had asked these people to join me here."
She asked cheerfully in a glee as the group quickly returned us, especially me, an extremely conflicted look.
I noticed they all belonged to mixed houses too with their different colored wrist bands, probably because of the team shuffles.
