After following the familiar path, it only took a matter of time to reach there.
Kuro and I soon spotted the bright blue flag with the silver crescent (Zeno's theme symbol) among a huge pile of boulders in the middle of the thick woods.
It was the natural landmark which Zeno's camp along with all the people once resided.
But, with the sight that we behold now, I can hardly recoganise the place.
Our tents were destroyed by the monster. There were several fire explosions here and there, probably due to the magic bombs the soldiers.
It was indeed a great disaster!
"Omigoshh!.. This. Is. more worse than I thought.."
I gaped swallowing the entire situation into my line of vision.
"Anastasia!"
At this time, Merida's sharp clear voice ring from a corner. "You are finally back!.."
Kaboom!
Right then an other explosion was thrown right beside us on the already war like zone.
I held my ears and knelt on the ground to protect myself from getting hurt by the rubble and noise.
"Just what the hell is happening here..?" I asked her.
"There is a giant god attacking us!"
I heard Robinhood report while running towards us.
"Yeah.. by how we kept fighting with the earlier I thought the most scariest one of them all was the stone Zeus and Medusa.. But..!"
She said pointing to the sky..
The enormous back of, Alice who had just barely started using her growth powers was revealed to us amid the canopy of trees. glow, Her giant body was pushed away by the big stony arms that held her shoulder, we all saw the unexpected appearance of the crooked wrinkle faced scary looking greek god I had only read about on the legends.
But, after all the things that happened to us. I was not surprised about the anti climatic scene at all.
"It.. I-It's.. god Kronos.. Heavens, Who else would it be.." I said looking quite bored.
"A-As in the Kronos, t-the titan god who swallowed his own children..!" Merida stammered meekly.
"That is Kronos...! I thought he only existed in books!" Robinhood yelled.
"He is probably resurrected and is being controlled by the Puppeteire, just like the other guards.. " Kuro grunted.
Merida and Robin are here. But, just where are the others..?
Where is Zeno-kun?
What is he doing right now?
I quickly looked around for the prince in the question among this panicked chaotic crowd and soon found him standing beside the now finished portal sending in as many people as he could into it.
"Come on guys! You are gonna miss the portal!"
I heard Bluebeard yell from the corner that was somewhere near the portal.
As Alice was doing her best in holding in the god in her gigantic form, my classmates start running towards the portal while dragging me.
Physically, I stumbled my feet along with them. But, however my mind was thinking several other things at the same time.
Why did the Puppetire send Kronos to this place?
It is definately a distraction.. Right..?
Or rather she wants us to be killed..?
