Work was kind of a blur.
Your sleep deprived mindset returning to you. Oh how you hated it.You got majority of your orders wrong and you had even placed you hand on your hot grill. That kept you awake and focused for a while, but not the whole time. That room was spinning sometimes.
"(Y/N)?" You felt a hand being placed on your shoulder, you turn to whoever said your name. Your eyes crossed.
"Michael?" You asked, the blurry figure consisting of brown and black. You forcefully un-cross your eyes and you see that Michael is giving you a concerned look.
"(Y/N), are you ok? You seem a bit....unstable." Michael said, holding both your shoulders to keep you steady as you had started to sway a bit.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine!" You said, your voice sounding like a drunk happy person. Michael's concerd look never wavered, you speech only seeming to increase it.
"Ok, I'm taking you home. You're acting strange and you just put a pancake covered in ketchup between two burger buns." Michael's pointed out. You turned behind you to see that you really had in fact done that. Good thing you didn't send that out yet.
"But I can't just leave, I've got work to do." You said, shrugging his hands off your shoulders, keeping your back turned to him. You started giggling a bit.
"No, I'm taking you home. Now." Michael said as he turned you back around to face him. He reached over and turned off your grill then tugged you away towards the backroom.
"Nooooooo, but I don't wanna." You pouted, weakly tugging on his sleeve. Your attempts were futile as he just kept dragging towards the bathroom there. You sounded just like a child.
"Nope, I'm taking you home. End of story, go ahead and change back." Michael persisted, pushing you into the bathroom and shutting the door briefly.
You let out a huff and just did what you were told. Changing back into your normal clothes and grabbing the flower crown Nightmare made for you, you looked at yourself in the mirror. It was a full body mirror on the wall so you took a good look at your messed up self.
Your hair was just a little messy, some random hair sticking out and there was just a smidge of dirt on your cheek.
Your clothes also had some dirt on them but you had decided on a darker clothing scheme today so it wasn't to noticable. You brushed your hair down best you could with your hand and some water, dusting yourself off a bit aswell. Once you were satisfied you looked in the mirror again.Your hair was more presentable and you were now dirt free. You looked over to the crown in your hand and slowly raise it up to your head. You watch yourself in the mirror while doing so and can't help but watch yourself smile as you place the crown on your head. Finally ready, you step out of the bathroom, automatically tripping on air.
You had closed your eyes and held your hands out, accepting fate, but luckily for you, someone caught you. You opened your eyes again after a few seconds and saw Michael caught you. He seemed to be holding in laughter as he stood you up again.
"Good thing I came back when I did. I told Ross what was going on and he said I could take you home." Michael said as he reached behind you and closed the bathroom door.
"Thanks, and I guess you're right. I didn't get much sleep last night." You semi-lied to him, smiling. He bought it and smiled back.
"Oh, makes sense. Nothing a hood nap won't fix." He said, giving you the equivalent of a child's big, cheery smile.
Look at how much of a liar you are.
"I also see you've decided to wear your crown." He said, giving your headwear a tap.
