Chapter 18: The chosen girl (Part 2)

And thats when I heard the crash.

CHLOES POV

My eyelids felt so heavy. I could barely even open them. I bet I wouldent have wanted to open them if it hadent been for that flourecent bright white light shining brutally down on my face. My hearing slowly started coming back and I could feel a warm cotton matirial with the tips of my fingers. Thats when I heard a voice I thought I recognised say "Look! I think shes becoming conchis!" Then someone said "Oh my gosh! She is! Hurry call someone!" Then another voice said "Well who do I call?" and then someone raised their voice and practically yelled "JUST CALL SOMEONE! We have to hurry before she stops breathing again! HURRY!" That voice I think I recognised most of all. Wait... Stop breathing?! Who? Me?! Whats going on? Thats when I could feel my eyes fluttering and then I heard a machine beeping like somthing was coming to life again. My eyes finally opened and I sat up. I was on a hospital bed.

PAIGES POV

I had been sitting in that dang cushion chair for so many hours I think my butt went completely numb. But when Kendall jumped out of her chair and said Chloe might be breathing I felt like I was alive again. Nia told Brooke to call a nurse and Brooke was like well who should I call and thats when I lost it. HELLO! SHES MY BFF DO SOMTHING BEFORE SHE STOPS BREATHING... AGAIN! Oh my gosh... Chloe! Shes alive!!! I cant believe it, I thought I'd never see my twinnie again! Gosh, Maddie... Maddie almost...

When Josh gestured his arm to Chloe. Maddie turned towards Chloe. It was time for the final part of her plan. She jumped forward and literally pushed Chloe backwards. Maddie pushed at Chloes chest and because of Maddies strength Chloe lost her breath. Chloe fell back into the air and fell headfirst onto the stage, Well Maddie and Josh walked off the stage finishing the dance, and meanwhile Josh was wondering WHAT THE BLEEP JUST HAPPENED?! But somthing happened. Chloes forehead hit the stage first. The front of the human brain is where the brains nerve system is and the minute she impacted the stage that system... shut down. Without a brain to control the body Chloes body went into physical shock and then in minutes she slipped into a coma. For those of you who dont know a coma is when your body does not feel "safe" and it kindoff shuts down. You cant move speak see or hear anything. You physically cannot breathe. And the most dangerous part is that your heart starts beating at the slowest possible rate. Obviously your not conchis and you dont "wake up" until your body feels "safe" again. Sometimes people never get out of the coma and they die from slow heart beat. Its terrible. So thats what Maddie did.

Anyways back to the story...

KENDALLS POV

I practically threw myself out of my chair. Chloe might be alive! I was so scared she would... you know... I was scared that we were gonna have to get another hospital room for Paige beacause she was crying so much she probably would have got dehydrated! Brooke was on the phone with some nurse and me and Nia were using all of our strength to pry Paige off of Chloes half-dead body. Paige kept grabbing at her and begging her too come back to life. If Paige kept poking her she might slip back into the coma! We finally got her off and Paige was near tears. Nia kept her in the chair (literally she had to pin her to keep her from moving) and I placed my hand on Chloes chest. I could feel my own heart beating I was so nervous. If I didn't feel a heart beat... No time! I put my ear to her chest and... thump-thump... Thump-Thump... THUMP-THUMP... OMG! Shes alive!!! And not only that but it sounded like it was getting quicker! She was coming back! I jumped up in celebration! "Shes alive!" I chanted.

BROOKES POV

Well... OOMPH! I was just knocked off my feet... and OW that wall hurt! The door smacked me. A group of nurses and Mrs. Lukasiak and Mr. Lukasiak rushed in. Mrs. Lukasiak was bursting in tears mr. Lukasiak was practically carrying her! Nia came over and helped me up. We all heard the beating keep going faster and faster. Me Paige Kendall Nia Mrs. Lukasiak Mr. Lukasiak and the nurses crowded around the bed. And her eyes opened. We all stared at her tears running down our cheeks. But the thing that made me burst into tears was that after only 8 seconds we saw that big bright smile of hers that weve all missed.

KELLYS POV

Oh my god! After last nights incident I did not sleep at all. Chloes like my third daughter. She spends more time at my house that her own! And watching what that child... Maddie... What she did to her... It was enough to bring me to my knees. I had my arm on my husbands and me  the Verteses the Fraziers and Abbey were all running to room 23. I said Josh should come but he said he would rather "stare and the wall and sulk that even move a muscle" You know I wonder... Perhaps those two were secretly together? I mean as kids they spent allot of time together. And... If I remembering correctly... I think I found him un-conchis 3 years ago once as she was going out our door. It wasent a problem but what if it meant... Anyways were going in. Oh!
