She is the adopted older sister to Bentina Beakley. She grew up as the silent yet fierce intellectual, taking part in training with her younger sister, and served as Tina's (Aria's nickname for her sister.) backup. She met Scrooge on one of Bentina's operations, and fell in love with him. Then she met Della and Donald and helped as best she could with the twins, eventually becoming best friends with Della Duck. Both Della and Aria became pregnant near the same time, except Della laid hers first. In the despair and depression of Della's disappearance, her two eggs nearly perished. Aria knew she wasn't fit to raise a child, and didn't have enough courage to let Scrooge know of his children, Aria left her eggs with her adopted sister. She made Bentina promise on sister's honor, never tell Webbigail and her twin brother William of their true parentage, and went to seek a way of non destructive release of pain and comfort. All she wanted, was her family safe.
