"Christian, I'm pregnant and I will never go inside that house where poeple are smoking weed in there!" Amber scolds Christian crossing her arms in her chest with a deep scowl on her face.
Amber drove all the way here to this huge three story fraternity house for about 30 minutes because James said his visions were blurry and cannot clearly remember where they are heading to so Amber ended up driving for almost 30 minutes. It was already pass 7 in the evening when they got there and before Amber finally agrees to come, she made dinner and mango shake that she's been craving and also mango shake for her to bring in the fraternity house to keep her entertained and satisfied. When they reach the fraternity house they spotted Christian standing outside the massive gate as is he's waiting for someone but then that someone was James. The girls didn't expect James to be still in touch with Christian because the girls have bad feelings towards him because he was the reason of their first ever fight. They despise him ever since that fight happened.
"It's a huge house we only pot in the top floor don't worry" Christian explains. Amber could smell vodka on his breath as he talks.
"We?" Amber gasps for she cannot believe she heard Christian correctly. "Are you high right now?" She adds looking deep into Christian's eyes to check if it's red or something.
"No, I just had a couple of drinks" he defends himself stepping back from Amber.
"Come on just let your best friends enjoy the night. Just for tonight" he adds breathing deeply while rubbing the back of his neck. Amber takes glance at her best friends who are sitting on the stairs in front of the fraternity house laughing. She realized how James's problems about Dan not being is biological father kills him inside but he still managed to laugh. Marie changed her sweats and hoodie into jeans and sleeveless crop top. Her outfit is the exact opposite to Faith's outfit. Go figure.
Amber examines the surroundings full of young people playing a ping pong ball which they throw it into a red and blue cup then drinks it when it shoots.
"It's beer pong" Christian answers her thoughts for she was staring at the people playing on her left.
"Does your mother know that you're part of this fraternity?" Amber asks out of curiosity and changing the subject in the same time darting her eyes away from the beer pong play thing to Christian's red eyes. Christian's mother, Ella Alaska is the sheriff in their place. Christian got the shape of her face, eyes, and lips. Amber met the Sheriff back on her high school days asking if Amber saw Christian somewhere because Christian was an unhappy child for his father, Andrew left them because he realized he's gay.
"Of course she does" Christian answers her smirking.
"And?"
"Can't we not talk about her? It's my birthday and getaway party tonight" he informs Amber annoyance now clear on his voice
"Okay" Amber finally agrees. "Happy birthday ass" Amber teases Christian playfully making the both of them laugh.
"Don't drink anything nor accept anything that will be handed to or offered to you okay?" Christian reminds her as they walk together towards her friends who are still laughing for no reason at all.
"I have my milk here" she shows him the bottle of milk shake that she made.
"Yey!!!" Marie squeals when she spots Amber and Christian walking towards them
"Finally!" Faith jumps from her seat and almost fall again but James hold her in place his hands on her waist causing her to gasp.
"Let's go!" James shouts as he removes his hand on Faith's waist.
