"Wong, Ma. Deanna Izabella A."

The announcer called and she walked towards the stage. Her family were smiling ear to ear, taking pictures and waving at her.

When she was down on the stage, one of the usher there gave her a bouquet of sunflower and a note. She smiled and looked at the note.

'Congratulations. -B..'

"Excuse me, uh, please proceed to your seat." One of the usherette disturbed her so she didn't actually read who was it from.

I'll give you spoilers guys, it's from me. Bea. The note must've hidden in one of the leaves so she didn't read it in one go.

"Sorry." She said and walked towards her seat. Once she sat, disappointment, on her face.

'Bwisit ka Bea. Pa-suspense.'

Daisy leaned forward to look at her, she looked at her too and raised her thumb okay. Daisy smiled and leaned back to her seat.

The commencement continued and their Top 2 graduates gave a short speech. She introduced Daisy to her parents, they went to dinner, before 10, her parents were back on the hotel and she and her ate were at the bar that she was working at.

"Here you go Deanns." Wendy said as she gave her their drinks.

"You seem to be a familiar face here."

"I used to work here." Deanna said.

Oh yeah right, I forgot, she resigned yesterday after her visit to the hospital. So, yeah. Back to the story.

"Work?" Her ate asked, gin and tonic in her hand.

"Yeah, Uh extra money."

"Didn't mom and dad gave you allowance, and volleyball team?"

"Yeah, I kinda want to have my extra money. Don't worry it's just light work. Nothing heavy. I used to be a bartender. 6-11pm."

"Deanna, you should take care of your health. That is why you look pale and tired."

"I don't have to work, I want to." She sipped her gin and tonic.

Her ate sighed before looking at the clock. "We should go, we have an early fight tomorrow."

She nodded and was about to stand up when she felt her phone vibrated.

"Ah, ate, wait lang, uhm, sagutin ko lang to." Her ate nodded and she walked towards a much quiet place.

"Hey." Deanna answered.

"Congratulations." Faith said on the other line.

"Ahh, thank you!" She said.

"So, maybe we can have lunch tomorrow, uhm, here at my place?" Faith invited her.

She looked at her ate and who is waiting patiently at her seat. She remembered her lie earlier about Jema.

"Uhm, Faith, you remembered what I said?"

"About being friends?"

"Uhm about getting back to Philippines. I'm having a flight the day after tomorrow. I'm sorry, but I'm busy packing tomorrow."

"Oh.. uh. Yeah of course. I actually thought that will be like two months from now." She chuckled.

"No, I'm excited actually. Uhm, sorry."
