A LOT OF POV SWITCHING BEWARE!

Lily's POV:

"Liam, your family is amazing!" I said. We had just pulled out of the driveway of their house in Wolverhampton.

"I'm glad you liked them! I know they loved you!" He replied. His mom was literally the nicest person ever, his dad was really funny, and his sisters were so sweet. They all treated me like I was part of the family, which I guess I was now.

"Liam, there's something that's been bothering me for a while, but can you promise not to tell anyone?" I asked.

"Yeh (I did that on purpose), of course. What's wrong?"

"Do you remember when we were at my house, and that girl came to talk to me? Well, she was trying to make me remember her from somewhere, and I don't, but I could've sworn I knew her."

Then, something popped into my mind and I grabbed my phone, going to my contacts and pressing the information I needed.

"Harry? Hi, I know you're probably really busy right now but I really need to talk to you."

Cassie's POV

My life was pretty miserable.

I had lost both of my best friends, and my boyfriend. I wanted them back, but I didn't know how. I couldn't find Brittany, and Lily and Harry just don't remember me. I had been looking in the mermaid book for a way to reverse the curse that the council put on them, but there was nothing. I sighed and threw the book across the room in frustration. The cover broke into two pieces, and I sighed in annoyance, going to pick it up. Since I had finally gotten to level 2, I could mend things, so I picked up the parts, and a piece of paper fell out. It was old and yellow, like it had been there for a long time.

I scanned it, and froze when I saw the words "memory restoration."

I read the entire page.

"If any human has acquired knowledge of mermaid kind, their memories must be immediately terminated by the Mermaid Council. However, there is one way to reverse the spell placed upon them. There will be a certain memory that can, in a way, revive the others. This loophole, called a Memory Point, is the only way for a human to remember the mermaid, and once it has been found, it will then be impossible for the Council to cast any spell on them again. This is the only known way for memory restoration in the humans once they have lost them."

Oh my God.

Lily's POV

We had just arrived back home in London, and almost as soon as I stepped out of the car, my phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Lily? It's Cassie."

"I know, I have caller ID. Anyways, what can I do for you?"

"When are you going to be back in London?" She asked.

"Actually, we just got back." I replied.

"Do you think we could meet up? It's kind of important."

"Yeah, sure."

After I ended the call, she texted me the address of the coffee shop where we were meeting up.

"Liam? I have to go, but I'll be back soon, okay?" I said, giving him a kiss on the cheek before leaving.

When I got to the coffee shop, she was already there. I ordered a latte and sat down next to her.

"Hey." I smiled. She looked up and smiled back.

"Okay, so this is probably going to sound crazy, but I need you to just hear me out. Do you remember what I told you about how you knew me? Well, I think I found a way to make you remember." She began.
