Cassie's POV

His head was bent over like he was in pain.

"He's getting the memories back." whispered Lily. "It kind of hurts."

He looked up. "Cassie?"

I nodded, tears filling my eyes. "I missed you, Harry."

He barely had time to open his arms before I was running into them, jumping into his arms. He spun me around, holding onto me tightly as I cried into his shoulder.

"I can't believe that's your strongest memory of me, you asshole."

He was crying too, so our kiss wasn't very dry, but it felt like the best kiss we'd ever had.

"I thought I had lost you forever." He said after we pulled away.

"Uh, guys?" Liam asked. Crap. I forgot about him. "What's going on?"

Lily sat down next to him and grabbed his hand.

"Liam, do you remember how we met?" Lily asked him.

"Yeah, you spilled your coffee all over my shirt." He laughed.

"No, you didn't. You met at my house." I interrupted them.

(memory)

We walked into the foyer to see Cassie squealing and hugging some girl who apparently also knew Brittany. All I knew was that she was beautiful. She had blonde-brown hair that fell in ringlets. Her eyes were a piercing green. Her lips were bright red. Freckles were sprinkled across her nose and cheekbones.

All I could do was stare. All of a sudden my feelings for Lynn were gone.

(end of memory)

"Whoa. Hi Cassie."

I squealed in happiness. "This is great! You guys remember me... Now all we have to do is find Brittany. And find everyone else's memory points."

Lily and I explained everything that had happened these past couple of weeks, and we told them our plan. Lily pulled up a picture of Brittany in her laptop.

"So basically-" Lily said, but was cut off by someone opening the door. It was Ed.

"Hey Liam, Harry. Hey Lily. I came to watch the game with you guys- uh, who's your friend?" He asked. We eventually would have to find his memory point, but right now we just didn't have the time.

"I'm Cassie," I said politely.

"Nice to meet you, Cassie. I'm Ed," he said, smiling. I almost laughed at how oblivious he was to the fact that we had already met months ago.

He looked at the computer screen and his eyes widened.

"Woah, I think I've seen that girl before, who is she?" Ed asked.

"You've seen her before? Where?" Lily asked. maybe Ed still remembered a few things.

"Hm," he paused to think. "Oh, I've got it! She was at one of my signings a month or so ago. Saying something about mermaids and dating Louis. Ugh, fan girls these days. They're all so convinced that they're dating you guys... It's a bit creepy," he said, whilst rolling his eyes.

"Oh, um, where was the signing?" I asked.

"LA, I think?" He said.

"Back in California?" Lily asked.
