~Percy's Pov~
We eventually landed on the coast. I didn't bother to try and learn where we were. We landed in a forested area. I was sitting down on the bank next to the water. Tyson seemed to be looking for something to do. Annabeth was searching under a pile of branches for a stache that She, Thalia, and Luke placed when they were going across the country.
"Hey Tyson, can you go look for some doughnuts." I thought of a quick thing for him to look for. He gladly accepted and started off to look for something I was sure he wouldn't find.
"Annabeth, I wanted to ask you something." "Shoot" "Why do you hate cyclopses like Tyson so much?" "Percy now's not the time." "Than when is the correct time?" She turned back to glare at me. We stood there waiting for the other to respond when Tyson came back, carrying a box of doughnuts, and having powdered sugar on his face.
"Tyson, where did you get those?" I asked him, he then pointed off behind him towards a hill. As we walked up the hill we spotted a small shop in the middle of nowhere. There was no one in the parking lot and I couldn't spot anybody inside either.
"This is unusual." Annabeth said as we laid down to hide closer to the ground. "Why would someone place a business here? In the middle of nowhere." I asked while looking at the building. "I don't think this is a normal business, look at its sign." Sure enough, the sign was called, "Monster Doughnuts". "I wonder if it has something to do with what Luke's doing." I questioned to no one in particular. But before I could continue asking questions I heard a faint hissing behind us.
When I turned around I saw 7 heads connected to a stubby body. I immediately recognized the beast as the Hydra, having fought it before. "RUN!" was the only thing I was able to say before the Hydra attempted to attack us by jetting out one of its many heads.
Being the fastest one I dodged the beast and ran behind it. Though when the thing you're trying to get behind has 7 heads and there are only three of you it kinda makes a bit of a problem. Not wanting to use any other skills other than water skills because it could get me to be a suspect I was pretty limited. The Hydra tried to spray its acid at me, but I used the Water Manipulation skill and felt the familiar tug in my gut.

I chucked the acid back at the beast but it seemed to develop an immunity to it because its heads were completely unharmed. Deciding to go for a different root I began to look for some kind of thing that could help me in the current situation. Finding nothing I was forced to begin to dodge again and try to help out Annabeth and Tyson.
The next thing I knew I heard a loud "BOOM" that shook the ground I stood on. The Hydra exploded in a shower of dust. With my ears still ringing I turned towards the source of the sound and saw Clarisse standing on a giant Iron-Clad. Around her were several gray men that looked like zombies. The source of the sound was a still smoking cannon inside the ship. Clarisse smirked down at us, "Well, what do we have here?"
"We were going to the Sea of Monsters Clarisse." We then began to explain what was going on. Finding Luke's ship, him helping Kronos, and the Hydra.
"Well, we don't need any help, thank you very much." Clarisse said in a very sarcastic tone. "But, seeing as how I can't just leave you guys here you'll have to accompany me on the quest until it's over, but don't even try to steal the glory, Jackson." "Wasn't planning on it." I mumbled under my breath after her speech. She marched off to check on the engine room.
