I hacked and slashed through another wave of skeletons. They were beginning to increase in numbers and get much stronger. They weren't posing much of a threat currently with me just being able to simply cut them down with a single sword strike.

I decided to stay in the maze as I had a sudden memory. I remembered one of the first quests I had gotten, it was about discovering the entirety of the Labyrinth. I was prepared for another wave to come however, it never arrived. I sighed in relief, being thankful that the system seemed to know my ideas and what I was hoping for. 

I started to walk down the path. Nothing was happening yet, until a giant ax embedded itself in the floor right in front of me. I jumped back in surprise and readied my sword. 

In front of me was a giant man, around 8' tall. He was shirtless, wearing ripped jeans, sneakers, and held an ax twice the size of him. He wasn't someone I was keen on fighting by the looks of it. He smirked as he pulled the ax out of the ground and rested it on his shoulder.

Aloxious is the son of Perses, The Titan of Destruction. He was abandoned as a child and lived in the wilderness where he butchered any wild animal he could find and then stuff them. When he found the Labyrinth he began to train to destroy Gods. 

I was burst out of my reading when Aloxious nearly brought his ax on me. I rolled to the right, however, even with my reaction time he still sliced a good bit of my chest. Blood began to flow out of the open wound when he struck me. I activated Healing and a glowing orange orb appeared in my hand when I pressed it against the wound I could feel it stitch itself back together. 

However, I wasn't left very much time to recover with a giant man wildly swinging his weapon while intending to make my head into an ornament. I was trying to figure out a way out of this situation when I spotted an opening of light behind Aloxious in the wall. 

Taking note of Aloxious's large size I was able to activate an Earthquake and knock him off balance. I got next to the opening and looked through, all I saw was some blinding light. I turned back towards Aloxious who was still recovering. 

"Bon Voyage!" I yelled back towards him.

French Level: 1

Determines how well the user can speak French

User Knows 2% of the French Language 

I wasn't able to dwell on the new skill and the knowledge that flooded my mind of the French language and crawled through the hole. 

I opened my eyes to see I was in a city. The buildings were all close together and resembled a more European style of building. I don't know exactly why I knew that other than the new skill that popped up.
