Zayn's p.o.v. . .

I was really enjoying my time with Charlotte but the asshole she has for a brother decided to show up and ruin my moment. Once again! This is just great isn't it?

" What the fuck! There are a million coffee shops in Manchester and this is the only coffee shop Tyler wants to be at this moment! This is great isn't it?" Charlotte said sarcastically trying to avoid the tension that we're currently in.

"Omg! I swear to god, that was the exact same thing I thought right now." I said pinching her lightly.

" What was that ?" She asked confused.

"Haven't you heard about the 'same pinch' thingy?" I asked amused.

She gave me doubtful look and so I took it as my cue to continue.

"It's something that small kids do" I explained.

"Oh! You're such a kid then!" She said taking a sip of her coffee."

"Whatever" I said rolling my eyes playfully.

"Wow! Tyler's still looking and not reacting. Isn't it weird? " she said  looking in Tyler's direction.

"I know right?" I said casually

"But I'm sure he's gonna be mad at me when I get home"

"Really? I'm sorry then!" I said with an apologetic look

"Oh no no no, you don't have to apologize! I came here by my will!" She said and I just nodded.

"Okay so I better get going now. It's getting late and I've had enough angry glares from Tyler for today" charlotte said getting up and straightening her shirt.

" Umm. . Actually they were for me" I said getting up too.

"Yeah I figured!" She sighed.

We walked out of Starbucks with my arm on Charlotte's back.

I did it on purpose because it's always fun to make Tyler angry.

As we reached our cars, we bid each other goodbyes and headed in different directions.

I suddenly remembered something and so I called Charlotte's name across the street.

"What?" She shouted back

"Didn't you forget something?" I said jogging up to her with a smirk.

"Umm.. no I don't know.. what are you talking about? " she asked confused.

" you forgot my goodbye kiss" I said grinning widely.

"Oh that........." she said leaning forward and kissing my cheek softly.

"Thanks" I said before walking away in my car's direction.

It was getting dark now and my car was parked in a dark ally.

I walked over to my car and that's when I heard a few footsteps.

I looked around but found no one.

When I was about to unlock the door of my car, I heard the footsteps again.

"who's there?" I almost shouted.

More footsteps.

"Heelllooww!!???" I shouted again and that's when someone from behind pushed me on the ground and kicked me in the balls.

I was now lying on the concrete floor.

Some more guys came over and started kicking me me in the stomach and in my back.

I growled in pain and tried getting up in order throw a few hits at those people who were hitting me without any reason.

I then felt something warm rolling down my forehead and realized it was blood. Shit! This can't be good.

"Guys, I think it's enough lets get out of here!" One of the guys said I recognized that voice as Tyler's.

He then leaned down so now he was at my level and said " this is the last time I'm warning you! Stay away from Charlotte or it'll  get worse than this." And with that he kicked me hard in my stomach for the last time and walked away leaving me there on the ground wincing in pain.

All the other guys followed him and exited the scene.

I was in extreme pain at that time and I had no idea how I was gonna reach home.

I was still lying on the floor but I somehow managed to take my phone out of my pocket and called one of my friends to pick me up and drop me home.

I finally reached home and when I did, I had no energy to change my clothes and so I just collapsed on my bed.
