I rested my head against the hard, cold fridge behind me. I noticed there was no one else in the garage except for this one girl who had her phone in her hand and a Juul in the other, she would occasionally take small hits and scroll on her phone. Her hair was long and blonde and hung over her shoulder, ending right past her chest. A worn-out leather jacket rested on her shoulders and under it was a white holographic crop top, her pierced belly button was exposed. Under the leather skirt that went just past her butt was bedazzled mesh leggings and a pair of black Dr.Martens on her feet. She didn't have much make up on expect for some eyeliner, pink eyeshadow and dark lip gloss. I was staring at her for little while until she noticed and I tried my best to look away before she made eye contact.

"What?" She said waving her juul in the air.

I shook my head quickly, "nothing."

She rolled her eyes, "If you want a hit, just ask," She stuck out her hand with the juul.

I frowned, "No, its fine."

She sighed, "Whatever, I'm Molly by the way," she gestured.

I bit my lip, "I'm Winston."

She squinted her eyes with smile, "You don't talk much," she laughed taking a hit of the juul, blowing smoke out of her mouth and sucking it into her nose.

I pressed my lips together, suck in air through my teeth, "Yeah, I'm not very talkative," I forced a smile, "Is Molly your full name?" I questioned.

She rolled her eyes with a sigh, holding a laugh, "No one ever asked me that before...no, it's not," she muttered looking down at her boots.

I'm not sure why I asked that either, it didn't really make sense, considering Molly was usually a name given at birth and not a nickname.

"Uh, no actually, but I don't tell anyone my full name, it's really fucking ugly," she added.

I turned my head, "Oh c'mon it can't be that bad-"

"OH, trust me...its bad," She interrupted.

I stared at her waiting for a response, "well, what is it?" I insisted.

She let out a deep sigh, "Molaria."

I relaxed my face in disbelief and hung my mouth open, "I-" I started, "Your joking right?" I gasped.

She pressed her large lips together and shook her head from side to side, "I wish I was."

"Like the disease?" I pleaded.

She giggled, "Yeah, like the fucking disease, My mom was a junkie and I guess that name stood out to her, I assume she completely dismissed the fact that it was a disease," she asserted, sitting up from the layed back resting position she was in before, "If you think about, if Malaria didn't mean what it meant, it could be a pretty girl name," she shrugged blowing smoke out of her mouth, "I mean, She was kind enough to change the 'a' to an 'o', M-o-l-a-r-i-a," she repeated quickly, "Its still embarrassing every time the teachers call me a disease."

I chuckled, "Yeah, I can't imagine."

She raised her eyebrows, "Once I turn 18 I'm permanently changing my name to Molly, though."

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Why not do it now?"

She smirked, "My bitch-ass dad won't let me," she said, "He says it suiting and that its unique and fits your personality," she said mimicking the sound of her dad's voice.

"Oh my god," I laughed, "How do you even speak to your mom after that-"

"I don't," she said, "She left when I was 4 and I haven't really spoke to her since,"

The smile left my face almost immediately and the redness rushed to my cheeks. I cleared my throat, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"Nah, it's fine," She she stood up, dismissing the situation quickly and flattening out the wrinkles on her tight skirt pressed up against the mesh leggings. "Let's go inside, yeah?" She sarcastically rolled her eyes and gestured for me to enter the house with her. Her boots making a loud clunk every step she took.

I took in a deep breath of fresh icy cold air, laced with the scent of gasoline and car tires, "Yeah, okay."

I lifted my self up from the floor and stood behind Molly as she opened the door. Immediately the blue and red and purple lights immersed us from the inside. Molly smiled and at me, turning her head back and creeping inside the crowded house. I took a step in and the music had stopped but only for a moment, and everyone around me had stopped jumping but were still very loudly cheering and talking over eachother. But despite the numerous amount of drunk teenagers surrounding me, I could make out one tall, broad figure staring straight at me from across the room, Monty.
