The sun warmed my face on the soft pillow beneath me. I had my arms outstretched behind my head. My eyes ached from the sun as I looked away from the light, hiding my face in the covers. The paintings and posters on my wall reflected from the bright sunlight and the big green plant hanging in the corner of my room blossomed. I whipped off the covers with a moan and dragged myself of my bed. Last night seemed all like a blur. It was almost magical. I turned around to check my phone, the time read 8:31am.
Shit, I threw on some clothes, my bus came at 8:00am. I managed to get a decent outfit on before I was out the door with a waffle in my hand. The cold wind contrasted from the warm temperature. The wind blew through each strand of my hair. My feet clacked against the hard pavement as my jacket flowed behind me. I decided to walk again. I couldnt drive my car because I had lost the keys the night before. The day was off to a great start.

My butt was sore from the stiff chairs in geometry. I moved from side to side to try to get my blood moving but the numbness stayed. I couldn't concentrate, thinking about Monty, his soft lips and his touch, I was about to-
"Mr.Williams," Mr.Brown tapped on the whiteboard, "what is the third side if y equals 4 and x equals 19?"
The entire glass dodged a look at me, I had no idea, I sat my self straight up and looked down at my paper, pretending to think about it, I looked at him and made a strange face shrugging my shoulders and slumping down again.
He nodded his head and pointed at the board again, "Pay attention please," tilting his head down looking through his glasses.

looked back out the window by the door and noticed Cj, my bestfriend since 2nd grade, peeking in and making gestures to go outside. I had come out to him freshman year, I figured he already knew since he didnt seen to treat me any different than he did before. He was one of the very few people that stuck by my side and actually accepted me.
I glanced over at Mr.Brown teaching the class. I slowly raised my hand, still looking at Cj. Mr.Brown quickly turned around, "Yes, Mr.Williams?"
I looked back at the teacher, "Can I go to the bathroom?" I asked.
He sighed and clicked his tongue shaking his head, " Go ahead, be quicknornelse I'm giving you detention."
I nodded and made my way out of my chair and into the hall.
"What?" I said.
"What lunch do you have today?" he said laughing, he played for the football team with Monty, but no one ever noticed him, he was tall, had green eyes and black hair, and his smile was the cutest thing ever.
"I dont know, why?" I put my hand into my pocket.
He chuckled, "because I need to get the English homework answers from you," he smiled.
My heart suddenly started to race, "Okay, yeah, if I see you, I'll give it," I smiled back.
He was kind, too kind.
He gave me a quick hug and then ran away in a twirl.
I smiled at the ground, and looked back up, and right there, infront of me, was Monty. I quickly wiped the smile off my face and turned around to get back into class. Once again , the entire class looked at me, I say down in my seat staring into the wall.
I don't know what was scarier, that Monty saw me hugging one of his friends, or the I might have feelings for Cj.
