CYRUS P.O.V | Location: The coast of Pack MoonLight
"And then she said she wanted to take things slow." Darion continued and I nodded.
I had been stuck in this car for what felt like a whole month. Darion had practically narrated his entire life from birth til now and I still didn't remember anything that he had said.
Truth be told, I only had one thing on my mind - well two things. Pack MoonLight, from Enzo and Marcus' reports, was said to be calm and stable. There has been little to no resistance and that pleased my wolf. My other concern was related to rogues in the forest - the ones that we had failed to dispose of.
"Darion," I spoke up, interrupting him from his rant about Jordyn.
"Yes Alpha?"
"Those rogues from the other night, you were sent on a raid, how many were killed?" I asked him.
"About four, Cyrus."
"About four or exactly four were killed?" I asked him, annoyed.
"Four purple-eyed rogues were killed." He clarified.
I nodded,
*Their numbers are decreasing, We're almost there,* My wolf said.
"And the rest?" I asked Darion.
"They fled, further into the woods. But Alpha, there were two rogues that we spotted that did not have those purple eyes." He began, "they were bright red - Marcus was there and he said that they resembled the eyes of the rogues that refused to join you last year - the ones that were not cured by Nevaeh."
I was silent.
*This was not apart of my plan.*
Those rogues shouldn't have survived this long - especially with the serum being destroyed.
"Interesting," I spoke out and placed my elbow on the window ledge.
"We'll be there in T-minus 30 minutes," Darion stated.
~ NEVAEH P.O.V ~
His car pulled up to us, coming to a halt as he placed it in park. It had almost been a week since our last encounter but it felt like a whole month.
"Do you think he'd be down for a three way?" Jordyn whispered into my ear and I brushed her off, forcing myself to smile as I watched as he stepped out of the vehicle.
"Remember, you're still the Luna. So he has no power over you." Jordyn added.
"You're just saying that because you want to use Nevaeh to do whatever you want." Kendra commented.
"And there's nothing wrong with that. We're only going to get this opportunity once!" Jordyn reputed.
Enzo was dressed in a large black northface jacket, with black jeans and large dark brown boots. His hands were buried in his jacket pockets as he approached us.
He brought his arms out of his pockets and lifted them up towards me.
My heart began to race as he stepped forward.
But suddenly, Kendra stepped closer to him, pulling him in for a hug.
*Shit! I had thought he was about to hug us!* My wolf commented and I nodded in relief.
"I've been missed, aye?" Enzo chuckled, pulling his sister in. She welcomed him with open arms, lifting her hands to his hair.
"No one missed you," Kendra scoffed and pushed him off. "Are you hungry? Madeline must have prepared something for lunch." She added and placed her hand on his lower back, as he held her in the same position. The two siblings faced Jordyn and I, whom welcomed them with a smile.
