After defeating the two leaders, (Y/n) removed them from their Gears destroyed remains.
He then brought the two back to the Trudian castle where they could get any injuries checked.
The soldiers there first wanted to shoot (Y/n) and Gaze, but Marcus stopped them, not wanting to go back on his word nor wanting his old friend to get killed.
After stopping them, Marcus led the two to his office. The three then went to the corner and sat on the more cushiony couches and chairs.
Marcus then opened a secret compartment in the couch, to reveal a mini-fridge. He took out two bottles of beer and handed one to Gaze.
Gaze: Heh, I thought you'd take out something fancy like wine.
Marcus: Wine is for celebrations, not defeats. Beer is the drink of defeat.
Gaze: Makes sense. Cheers.
They clank their bottles and in the process hurt themselves due to there still sore bodies.
