Adam just got home from his bands' world tour, so the gang is all gathered at the beach. The gang minus Betsy of course. Always without Betsy, the now deceased bestie. Odette's a little drunk, and that's all she can think about. She is dancing around in some skimpy bikini. She hates it.

Mostly she hates her body, she hates recovery. Part of her wants to scream at Ethan to let her starve in peace, and then let her carve herself into pieces; but there is another part in her that knows that self destructing won't fix anything.

It never fixes anything.

Maybe she's unfixable.

Or maybe she was trying glue herself together with the wrong things. How can you put yourself together by tearing your skin apart? How can you be all there when you're wasting away?

She's deep in her thoughts until she sees Xana approach Ethan. Odette begins to seethe. She walks over to the outdoor sound system, the ocean breeze blows, she can taste the salt on her lips. She knows it's coating all of her exposed skin.

Finally the song she selected begins to play. She dancing around the beach in a frantic way, it matches the flames of the bonfire. Singing along in a shout.

" I laid down, I drank the poison and then I passed the fuck out. Now, let me tell you about the good life. I have a million different kinds of fun. When I'm asleep and in a dream that I'm your only one.

Can we create something beautiful and destroy it? Nobody knows I dream about it. This is my imagination.

If you come over tonight, we can travel through time. We can sleep on the ceiling and creep under black lights. I have a million different girls that hide under my bed. And when I let them out they treat me right. Oh, what a waste of a perfectly good, clean wrist. You were screaming till the police came.

Can we create something beautiful and destroy it? Nobody knows I dream about it. This is my imagination. If every living thing dies alone, What am I doing here? If every living thing dies alone, What am I doing here?

If it's the end of the world. If it's the end of the world. You and me should spend the rest of it in love.

Can we create something beautiful and destroy it? Nobody knows I dream about it, This is my imagination. If every living thing dies alone, What am I doing here? If every living thing dies alone, What am I doing here? What am I doing here? Oh, no."

Ethan walks up to her, beer in one hand and a bottle of tequila for her in his other. He sings and dances with her. When the song ends she looks at Ethan and says "You'd think in a state this massive, we wouldn't constantly be surrounded by the same cunts."

"Xana said Drew invited her." Ethan says.

"Fuck Drew." Odette, says in an almost drunken anger.

The couple stumble inside together. Odette says "I have a surprise for you."
