Sela's POV

"Jesus! What happened?" mom asked while half running towards me.

Dahan-dahan ko munang inalalayan si Abby papunta sa couch at nang maibaba ko na ito roon ay tsaka ako humarap kay mommy.

"Bigla na lang po siyang natumba ma, good thing ando'n ako. I immediately caught her."

Lumapit ito kay Abby at hinawakan ito sa leeg. "She's sick, ang init ng batang 'to oh." mom exclaimed.

"Ayun nga po, eh. Napansin ko na 'yan kanina, kaso wala, matigas ang ulo. She still insisted on sending me home. Hay, Abelaine." I sighed.

I sit on the couch and moved beside Abby. I put her head on my lap to secure her position.

I looked at our wall clock and it says 5:45 pm. Tawagan ko kaya si Coleen?

"Oh, pa'no 'yan? She seems nice pa naman. Her name's Abby, right?" mom asks.

"Opo. Eto nga po, I'll try to call her cousin. Baka p'wede naman siyang sunduin na lang dito or what." I said. Mommy just nodded and continue to check Abby's condition by just watching her attentively.

Nakakailang ring na ang phone ni Coco pero wala pa ring sumasagot.

"How's it?"

I looked at mom, "Wala pong sumasagot, eh. Nag-riring naman 'yung phone."

Sa hindi inaasahan, biglang bumuhos ang malakas na ulan sa mga oras na iyon.

What! 'Wag niyong sabihing may bagyo pa yata?

Maya-maya pa ay biglang nag-vibrate ang phone ko. I checked it and it's a text from Coleen, saying,

Ate! Did u just call me? Ate, sorry! Kakatapos ko lang po mag-shower and then I saw a missed call from u.

And I took this opportunity to call her. Malamang sa alamang, she's holding her phone right now.

I dialed her number and she picked it up quickly.

Coleen? Are you busy right now? Can you pick up Abby here, in my house?

Ha? What happened to ate Abby? Parang kanina lang sa training medyo okay pa siya e.

Sumilip muna ako sa bintana ng kwarto ko at nakitang malakas ang ulan sa labas. Hindi ko naman p'wedeng gamitin 'yung motor ko dahil may sakit si ate Abby, baka lalong mabinat.
