Sela's POV

Mabilis lumipas ang mga araw at mas lalo pa kaming naging close ni Abby. Mas nakilala ko pa ang iba't-ibang sides nito and maybe some rumors about her are really true.

She's really sweet, caring, and very true to herself. Lagi na niya akong hatid-sundo sa school at gano'n din kapag pauwi na ako. Lagi niya akong sinasamahan at madalas kaming sabay tuwing uwian. Tinanggalan na nga niya ng trabaho 'yung family driver namin, eh. Haha, just kidding. May tiwala naman na sa kaniya sina kuya so I think, there's no problem with that.

Akalain niyo 'yun? It all started with just a volleyball that hit me by the person whom I didn't even expect I would be really this close. Lalo pa no'ng araw na sinama niya ako sa bahay nila at doon ko nakilala ang family niya.

Flashback

"Alam mo, umuwi ka na." I looked at my wristwatch and it's exactly 8 o'clock in the morning. The sun is still bright outside.

"Fine fine, whatever. But in one condition." ayan na naman siya sa mga kalokohan niyang 'yan.

If I didn't know some things about her, I would not easily agree about it. But I'll let her past right now, maybe.

"And what's that 'condition,' aber?" I asked while crossing my arms and staring at her, waiting for her to speak.

"I don't know if you'll agree or not 'cause this may look like I'm forcing you—" she stopped talking when I cut her.

"Stop beating around the bush, Abby. Can you please get to the point?" I impatiently asked her. God, she's making me go nuts.

"Okay, so gan'to–"

"Puwede ba! Just say it!" I yelled.

She sighed and look directly into my eyes. Those eyes...I can't tell what she's thinking but I have this feeling that it's not going to be good.

"Come with me."

And that's when I stopped moving and stared at her in disbelief.

"Are you serious? Akala ko ba magaling ka na at kaya mo na? Then why would I need to come with you pa?" I asked in confusion. "Ayoko nga."

"O-Okay... Sabi mo, eh. Bahala na kung madisgrasya ako. Mabangga ako ng truck o 'di kaya ng–"

"Aysh! Oo na, oo na! Let's go." I glared at her and went outside.

"Yes!!" she did a victory dance moves that made me laugh. Apakababaw ha.

Inilabas niya muna mula sa parking lot ang kotse niya at saka kami sumakay pagkatapos ay pina-andar na nito ang kotse papunta sa kanila.

The whole ride is not in silence 'cause you can actually hear the sound coming from the radio. Pinabuksan ko sa kan'ya iyon kasi parang ang sarap makinig ng radyo habang nakatingin ka lang sa bintana ng kotse niya. That comfortable vibe is there.

Nakarating din kami sa bahay nito at hindi ko maiwasang mamangha sa napakalaking gate nito. Well, mine is also huge but this is freaking huge. Mapapaisip ka talaga na mayaman ang nakatira rito.
