The party had slowly started to die down by ten o'clock. Sawyer had long since passed out from exhaustion in her bedroom next to mine on the top floor - two rooms that Robert made sure were in the house for whenever we needed them. I couldn't refuse.

Her room was also next to Exton's and across from Avri - the little girl who had spent most of her time with the baby sitter avoiding the loud noises of the party.

Once I had made sure my little girl was asleep and tucked away, I joined Sebastian back out on the patio. Though it had grown a little colder out and I shivered as I sat down.

"You can not tell me that you're cold." He said when I shivered again.

"I'm a Cali girl. I get cold in sixty degree weather, what can I say?"

"How could you have survived during winter in the city?" He asked as he started to pull off his jacket. Before I could say anything the heavy material was placed around my shoulders.

"Thank you," I whispered as I put my arms through the long sleeves. "And terribly. I think I wore a hoodie and a jacket every day with the thickest pair of jeans and socks. But I loved the snow."

"That the last time you saw it?"

"No, my grandparents still have a house in Nebraska that they share with my grandmothers siblings. We go up every winter. I was up there in the beginning of December."

"Oh, that's really cool. You like it there?"

"Not as much as here. I live for the ocean, what can I say." I laughed.

"I was told you like to surf. How long have you been doing that?" He asked me.

I looked at him as I wrapped his jacket tighter around me. "You know, we always talk about me. Why don't you tell me something about you?"

"Oh, that's easy. I don't surf."

I snorted and shook my head. "Seriously. There's hardly anything left for me to tell you. Friendship goes both ways, you know. Tell me about your time in college."

"Oh jeez." He ran his hand through his hair. "Well, I went to Rutger's University. I did a year abroad in London and loved every second of it. I did a lot of theater in school, mostly in high school. But college was fun... I made a lot of fun memories."

"Do you still talk to any of your friends from then?"

"Not really. What they say is true, fame changes things. I still talk to a few but some of them I noticed they stopped wanting me for me."
