Day twelve since you shrunk. The scientists have kept you in a glass cage used at pet stores, there is no way for you to climb out and escape. You couldn't even if you wanted to, the scientists have drugged you up so much that moving was a chore.
This was inhumane, you have rights… or at least you did have rights before you shrunk. Now you are nothing more than a special lab rat to be used for experimental medications. You wondered if there were others who were shrunk like you or if you were the only lucky one on Earth.
Oh, how you craved to interact with someone of your size, none of the scientists had any interest in small talk with you, it was probably easier to experiment on a tiny human if they didn't become buddy-buddy with them.
The door clicked open, and heavy footsteps headed towards you. Soon a dark shadow washed over you, but you didn't bother to look your capture in the face, you just stared in the distance not really looking at anything.
A giant hand scooped up your weak body, you didn't even bother to fight it, resisting would only make things worse. Just let them do what they want and maybe it will all be over soon.
