My Fate

Julian POV 

Ok, today is the day that will decide our fate, the day I find out if I can adopt my boys. Their disgrace of a father was the final step, they had to get him to sign his rights over to me so I could adopt them. I just hope he did it willingly and not make us go to court to prove he is unfit. 

"Hey um, Julian?" I heard someone call my name and I looked at the doorway and saw Dustin standing there.

"Hey bud, everything alright?" I asked because he looked a little uneasy.

"It's just today, right? I want to do the right thing by you and I'm worried that I will mess up, I don't want to let you down." 

"Dustin, you won't let me down as long as you are honest, that's all that matters no matter what you say. I don’t want you to lie on my behalf alright? Things will happen the way they are supposed to and I have faith that we will walk out of court one of these days as the Lancaster clan, you just need to have the same faith. I love you boys so much Dustin, no paper or blood relation will ever change how I feel about you. I'd like the paper because then I can take care of you legally and give you the life you deserve." I said and he smiled a tear-filled eye smile at me so I wrapped my arm around his shoulders and hugged him.

"I love you too daddy." He said and gosh my heart filled with warmth and joy as my eyes filled with tears.

"We love you too." Dillion and Dakota both said and joined in on the hug. I hugged my three boys and sighed a happy sigh.

"You boys just made my day. You all look so handsome as well. Today will go great, I just know it." I said and we walked out of the room and I saw Ryan was here hugging Shane and I smiled, I know how much they missed each other. 

"It's great to see you again Ryan." I said and when he let go of Shane he hugged me.

"You too Julian, Ian came home to get me to bring me here for today, I was in the middle of a lecture in class when he popped up in the hallway and walked in, the professor wasn't happy he was there to get me but as you can see, I'm here. I wouldn't miss this day for nothing." 

"That's great Ryan, we're happy you're here. We gotta go now though, it's almost nine and our appointment is at nine-thirty." I said and everyone grabbed their stuff, I made sure I had my bag on my shoulder of information on the boys so I could be ready for today. 

"It'll be ok Jul, you got this. We're here for you and I have a good feeling about today." Ian said and I kissed my sweet mate and rubbed his fast-growing baby bump.

"You are so beautiful Ian." I said as I looked into his beautiful eyes and he blushed and kissed me.

"Thank you, I love you." 

"I love you too and you're welcome darlin, now come on let’s get going." We walked out of the suite and went outside and the four boys were waiting in the car for me and I saw another car and Kaiden was standing next to it on the driver's side.

"We can't all fit in one car so we rented another so get your sexy ass in the car and let's go." Zeke said and I kissed him and we got into the cars and we started the drive to the lawyer’s office. 

"No matter what happens boys, I love you and no matter how long it takes, you will be my son's. I don't care how long it takes or what I have to do but one day we will go home, as a family." I said as I drove. 

"We know and we want that as well. We know we didn't make a good impression by hurting Shane and Ryan, you but we are trying to be better people and since we aren't with our sperm donor any longer, we have the right guidance to do the right things." Dillon said and I looked over at him for a moment. He was in the passenger seat and the other boys in the backseat.
