Family Vacation

Zander POV 

After last night's events, my mates and I thought after everything we've been through in the last year that we deserved vacation so we took the entire O'Brian clan to California and with so many kids in the family it was hell. At least now that we're here and checked in we're doing all the tourist things like seeing historic buildings and landmarks. With a family as big as mine we'll be here at least three weeks to make sure everyone does what they want and no complaints. 

"Are you enjoying yourself?" Papa asked and linked arms with me as we walked out of a museum. 

"I am, I'm really happy we're finally together as a whole." I said as I watched Julian chase, Zeke, through the crowd with Brandon following them.

"It's a nice feeling being with your mates, isn't it? To this day Zander I don't feel complete unless I'm with your dads. When I'm away on business, it's hell because our bonds are so deep and strong that being away for just one night hurts like your soul is torn. One day you will be like that, I look forward to the day you get married and see you and your mates form that strong bond. I'm really proud of you, you know that? You have done the right thing in order to start fresh and make the right choices. You, my son, will be ready to be Alpha soon if you keep it up. I wasn't Alpha until I was thirty-one because of a lot of stuff when I was eighteen until that time happened so there is no rush for you to take over, just know the pack is yours when you're ready." Papa said as we watched our family laugh and joke around, no stress, no fights, just happiness and love.

"I can't wait either, watching you when I was growing up and seeing how much you love each other equally but different amazed me. I want that, that love I see in you all when I just look at you, I want people to see our love when they look at us. I want more babies and a house filled with their laughter and our love, I want what I had growing up." I said looking at papa.

"You will, took grandpa Danny thirty years to find his true happiness and have a good life with grandpa Craig, took daddy twenty four years and me twenty nine so be patient and it'll happen. You are lucky, you have your mates at twenty-one and four kids, don’t rush it kiddo." He had a good point so I just nodded. 

"You're right, you want to go out to dinner or just go back to the hotel and order in?" I asked as I looked at my watch seeing it's almost five and we only had breakfast and the kids snacked during the day.

"We can order from some burger place and eat in the park, the kids can tire themselves out and go to sleep with no issues." 

"Sounds like a plan." I said and he wrapped his arm around my neck and ruffled my hair.

"I love you kid."

"I love you too papa." I kissed his cheek and he held my hand as we kept walking until we found a food truck near a park, so now we don't have to go searching for a park. 

One by one everyone ordered and papa paid the huge bill and tipped the workers for their swift yet good work on getting the orders right when they were made. Other people were looking at us like we were from another world and I guess it's true in a sense especially when all us kids look like our fathers with no women to be our mothers so I can understand the looks but when some young teens were teasing Zeke and Julian for kissing, Zeke was wearing a tank top that was tight and thin so when he had his arms around Julian's neck, the shirt went up to right under his chest and you could tell there used to be scars with the faint lines so the assholes called them both freaks and called Zeke a girl, telling him to "grow his tits back", that comment pissed Julian off even more and I swear he fucking growled. He went up to the pathetic pieces of shit and knocked them on their asses. 

"He's a man, he's more of a man than you will ever be!" Julian shouted, getting more people's attention and Zeke being the tough little shit he is, kicked them each in the balls.
