Love Conquers All

Zander POV 

"So, the new guy in town is hot!" Ryan said as he and my other siblings walked into the house. They went to help someone with moving his things into his house he bought and were gone most of the day. As they got closer I smell something that made me fidgety and I cleared my throat and Ryan sat next to me and the scent was a lot stronger now. It smells of honeysuckle and spring air, making me get a little hard. 

"Hey kids, how's Mr. Lancaster settling in?" Papa asked and they smiled. 

"Great! We made sure he would be able to do things without help and fixed up the bedrooms and kitchen for him, made sure he had room to move around the house so his wheelchair doesn't hit anything and we put his son's dishes in the candet in the island so he can reach it easier and his baby's things on the island, some dishes as well so he doesn't need to struggle with getting anything. Pretty much set him up to live comfortably." Maria said and I looked at papa, wondering what they are talking about. 

"Julian was shot while deployed so he can't walk and he's in a wheelchair because of it. He has two little ones, a boy who is three and a baby girl who is a month old. He hired my company to do some work on your uncle Skylar's old house to help him get around better. I told your siblings to help in any way they could so I'm happy to hear that you did just that. He will need help but I don't want to go be a pest about it so I told Daisy to offer help babysitting when he needs it so hopefully he calls, that way any one of you can go with her and offer any help you think he needs while you're there. Zander, you should also go meet him soon so he knows all of us, I plan on going over tomorrow evening to welcome him to the town. You are welcome to join unless you and Zeke have plans?" Papa asked and at the mention of my mate, I smiled.

Things with Zeke have been going great, we spend a lot of time together and I went with him to an appointment to get more testosterone and blood work done. He was surprised when I showed up at his house to take him. We have kissed a few times but that's it, I don't know if it's ok to touch his body so I hold myself back.

"No, maybe he can come with us?" 

"Sure, I'm leaving around six so make sure you both are here and ready." He said and I nodded, thinking of who this Julian guy is and I love the sound of his name for some reason. 

Around eleven I took a long hot shower and relaxed under the water, thinking about the past month with Zeke and my plans for the weekend. I want to take him away for the weekend so we can spend time alone together, just us two with no interruptions and get closer, in any way. Being his mate for almost three months, I'm wanting to take things further but as I said, I don't know if I can touch him so I will wait until he tells me I can. So I take long showers and take care of my horny issues and go on with my life. I finish my business and get out, dry off and put on my briefs and lay on my bed, and close my eyes. Two faces I have never seen before filled my mind and I smiled at the scene that was playing in my mind. They are handsome,have beautiful smiles and eyes sparkled as they watched three little kids, two boys a few years apart and a baby girl, the boys sitting and playing with the baby. I feel warmth fill my heart at the beautiful couple and adorable kids, and I wondered why I was seeing them. Can I see the future? If so, I really don't want to see much because that will ruin a lot but it would help so I know what not to do to avoid mistakes and arguments with Zeke. I feel myself drift to sleep while seeing the scene played out. 

I woke up around seven to go train with Aaron, he may not have a wolf spirit but he has a lot of strength and he even trains the teenagers of the pack while Skylar and Sam train the young adults. 

"I'm going on a patrol run after this, want to join me?" I asked Aaron as we got into our position to fight.

"Sure, first I'm going to kick your ass." He sassed and if he had a wolf with the added strength, he probably would kick my ass.
