Author's Note

Hi, I apologize for not including this note on the latter part of the previous Special Chapter of Win. I just want to say that if you're in your phase of transitioning or you are planning to, I hope that you undergo in a very healthy and safe way. I know that free and private hospitals or clinics for the queer like us who want to transition are still limited and inaccessible in our country— but from what I've read and been recommended to, LoveYourself, Inc. (https://loveyourself.ph/) offers free check up (and other kinds of check up as well). Just do more research about it to align with what you need. I haven't tried going or making appointments with them but based on the reviews, I can tell that they can help you. This is not sponsored or anything, I was also doing my own research when I was planning my transitioning journey (although I still am on the verge of fully committing with my transitioning), which is the reason how I found them. Hopefully this would open up opportunities for you to seek professionals and not just based on your own self diagnosis or DIY tutorials found on YouTube (no hate to them, but consider the fact that what works for them might not work for you, especially those who never consulted to professionals). It might cost you financially, but your health is the PRIORITY for the long run. Never ever settle for less when it comes to yourself. Stay safe and pretty, girlies and gays!<3

Chapter 11
Building Love

Just woke up from a long afternoon sleep, a way of restoring my energy after a whole tiring week of incomplete rest. I took a shower and went straight ahead of booking a ride all the way to a restaurant I found near the area of the Isla Zoo, almost half an hour away from my house.

Today is the field trip day of Zoey at doon sila dinala. Marvin invited me to come pero it turned out, isang guardian lang ang need.

Zoey couldn't stop hammering the table with her little hands as she told us everything she saw from the zoo. She looks even cuter with her crochet bunny hat.

"Yes love, male-late naman sila tonight," he assured me.

She started playing a Disney song from YouTube called Love is an Open Door.

"Kuya Davdav, ikaw si Hans. I'll be Princess Anna!" She shrieks in excitement. From the looks of it, Marvin has always been the victim of Zoey's duet sing-along of this specific song.

"Got it!" I try to return her energy but I couldn't reach it.

"All my life has been a series of doors in my face! And then suddenly I bump into you~"
