Neji and Tenten knocked on Ino's dorm door, which was immediately opened. "Hey guys!" Naruto said, gesturing for them to enter. The two walked in and saw bags of snacks on the ground and a few people sitting on either the couch or the rug.
"Welcome!" Ino told the two, beaming, "Some people are already here, and some are a bit late but no worries. We'll wait for them. When everyone is here I'm gonna make them vote for something. Just sit down, chat, and don't eat too much snacks."
They nodded. Tenten took a seat on the couch and Neji sat down on the rug in front of her. She couldn't help but run her fingers through his long, silky hair. He gave her an annoyed look, but she just chuckled as she parted his hair into three. Tenten then began to braid. Neji grunted but didn't argue as she messed with his hair.
After ten minutes, all of Konoha 12, Temari, Gaara, and Kankuro were gathered in the dorm.
The seating arrangement (The rug is rectangular but they're sitting in a rectangular-ish circle. Underline is rug, bold is couch. Neji, Lee, and Hinata aren't right in front of the people on the couch, due to the fact the bottle needs to land on the couch people too.):

"Alright everyone!" Ino yelled, "We're gonna do a vote for which version of truth or dare we'll be doing. The two choices are- take a shot of tequila for every truth or dare you refuse to do, or take off a piece of clothing. I know this sounds childish, but raise your hand if you choose clothing."
Seven hands raised.
"Shots?"
Seven hands raised.
"Ino, you're tiebreaker," Tenten declared.
"Not again," Ino groaned, reaching into her pocket and taking out a penny. "Heads is shots, tails is clothing." She flipped it, and it landed on tails. "Welp guys, time to strip."
Half the group cheered while the other half muttered incoherent words about privacy. Temari got up and grabbed an empty bottle from the kitchen, setting it down in the center of the circle. "You three are in charge of spinning for the people on the couch," She ordered, pointing at Neji, Lee, and Hinata.
"Rules are that you have to do the dare or answer the truth, otherwise you take a piece of clothing off. Your shoes are already off, so you can't use those. Kissing is allowed, and taking off a piece of clothing is allowed unless it's to the point where you're exposing a very private part of your body. No sex due to the fact thirteen other people will be watching the two who are doing it. So, who's first?" The platinum blonde asked.
Chouji volunteered, spinning the bottle. It landed on Lee. "Lee, truth or dare?"
"Dare," Lee replied confidently.
"I dare you to kiss Sakura on the cheek," Chouji said.
Lee grinned, "I've been waiting for the day I could finally kiss my youthful cherry blossom!" He went over to Sakura and gave her a kiss on the cheek, much to her disgust.
