(A/N: I know that American dollars are different than Japanese yen, but I'm just going to use American dollars because I'm too lazy to convert every single price lol.)
Note: This chapter isn't intended to offend anyone, please don't take anything seriously, it's just a made-up book with unrealistic characters ;-;.

After the dinner, the girls got into Ino's car. Ino drove to the mall they normally went to. The first few floors of the mall included the regular stuff, and the higher floors had designer stores. She insisted on going to those since stuff wouldn't be as pricey.
"Can't we just, like, do all our Christmas shopping right now?" Tenten asked, glancing at the stores before her in awe. They were on the fifth floor, a floor they normally wouldn't be on.
"Nuh uh," Ino replied, shaking her head. "That's why the stores have Black Friday sales and Holiday sales separated. Two different occasions, two different times to shop."
The first store they walked into was filled with the most fanciest shoes anyone could set eyes on. Tenten picked a glittering red heel with a gold embellishment, turning it around to check the price on the sole. $2,400 dollars...she shuddered at the price.
"Most of these shoes are retail," Ino murmured, picking up a white shoe with a gold stiletto heel and a gold butterfly sticking out from the back, complete with gold embellishments. "Hmm...this one looks pretty. Ooh, on sale, I'm getting it!" She checked the shoeboxes below the display, searching for her size. Her face lit up when she found her size and she eagerly headed to a leather bench with the shoebox to try it on.
Tenten smiled at her energetic friend before she scanned the display shoes, her eyes settling on a gold heel with a pearl embellishment on the back. The heel wasn't too high, but just right. She turned it around to check the price. $2,000 dollars, holy sh-
Sakura found a pair of pink ombre glittery heels, which was on sale. She too grabbed a shoebox with her size of shoe inside and went to try them on.
Tenten eventually found a pair of red heels that had a clear toe area embellished with tiny red crystals, and a fancy red satin ribbon for the ankle strap. The soles were the same shade of red. It was on sale for half price. She shrugged. She normally preferred flats or regular shoes over heels, since heels were uncomfortable as heck. But perhaps these could come in handy. Why not?
Hinata admired a pair of heels that looked similar to Ino's choice, except most of the shoe looked like a mosaic with its different metallic pieces of leather in many different shades of dark pink, violet, and blue. The stiletto heel was also metallic, but strip of leather across the toe area was covered with lilac sparkles.
Meanwhile, Temari was examining a satin, dark green, low-heeled shoe with a thin strap that would wrap around the back of the ankle. It was a pointed, close-toe heel, and the toe area had a fancy, squared silver decoration.
After the girls paid for their shoes, they headed into a store filled with dresses. Ino chose a dark purple dress with a poofy skirt and poofy sleeves. Hinata chose a sleeveless lilac dress that hugged her curves and went up to the top of her neck. Sakura found a 1950s style baby pink tea dress. Temari got a phone call so instead of trying on a dress, she headed outside the store to take the call.
"I personally think these dresses look uncomfortable," Tenten muttered, examining a rack filled with dresses.
"Aww, try one on please? Just oneeeee?" Ino begged. "If it's uncomfortable you can take it off immediately," She promised, grinning.
The brunette rolled her eyes but agreed, finding a red and white off-shoulder dress that ended right above the knee. She took it into a changing room and changed into it, folding her clothes she took off into a neat little pile. She then opened the door to the changing room and waiting for Hinata, Sakura, and Ino to finish changing. They came out dressed in their dresses, looking absolutely stunning.
"You all look amazing," Tenten said, smiling.
"Y-You do too," Hinata complimented. "Sakura, Ino, you two look so pretty as well."
Ino took out her phone and began snapping pictures of them.
"Ino, you never said I had to model in the dress too!" Tenten complained, scowling and trying to duck behind a rack. "This dress makes me feel half-naked."
Ino only grinned in reply and managed to take a picture of a pissed-off-looking Tenten trying to hide behind something in an attempt not to get her picture taken. "Smile!" The platinum blonde commanded.
"Fine," Tenten sighed in defeat. She smiled as Ino took a few pictures of her before taking a few pictures of Hinata. Temari came back and went to check out the costume jewelry section while the girls just ended up messing around and taking pictures of one another
Ino ended up getting the dark purple dress she tried on, and Sakura decided to get the baby pink dress, but the rest of the girls didn't end up buying anything. So, they continued to the next store.
The girls ate breakfast at a cafe at 6:14 in the morning before descending down the elevator to the floors closer to ground level. They then began shopping for clothing and a few necessities, finally deciding they had enough when the clock struck 12:00 at noon.
Ino drove them to a sushi restaurant for lunch after they put all their bags in the trunk of her minivan. "Table for five," She told the waitress, who escorted them to a large booth that could fit six people in total.
After the delicious lunch, they all headed back to the dorms, grabbing their items they bought and heading back to their own dorm rooms.
Tenten stumbled into her dorm with the bags in hand, exhausted. She hadn't gotten any sleep in over twenty-four hours, plus all the walking and bag carrying made her even more tired. When she walked in and shut the door behind her, she saw that Neji was sitting on his bed, scrolling through his computer. He eyed the shopping bags in her hands and muttered, "Pfft, women."
Tenten rolled her eyes in reply, plopping the bags down next to her desk. "I can deal with those tomorrow," She murmured, grabbing a tank top and sweatpants from her closet and changing in the bathroom before collapsing on her bed. "Goodnight Neji," She mumbled, letting sleep consume her.
That night, she had another dream.
"Ino-pig, remind us why are you dragging us along on another shopping trip of yours?" Sakura asked, sighing.
"Because!" Ino replied cheerfully, "It's spring and there's this one store that sells the prettiest kimonos I've ever seen! We all need to go there. It's a must."
This dream was like one of her other odd dreams. She could think on her own will, but it was as if her body was being controlled by the dream. She couldn't choose what to do or what to say, it just...happened on its own. It was quite strange.
"It's not like we're going to wear these on missions anyways," Sakura muttered in reply, rolling her eyes.
Tenten and Hinata both gave a sigh at the two arguing women. What missions? Tenten asked herself, confused. What the heck are they talking about?
"We don't go on missions twenty-four seven, Forehead. Relax, they might come in handy!"
"Fine, but don't make us all regret agreeing to this," The pinkette replied.
Tenten was beyond confused. What do these dreams even mean?
