The next week, Tenten planned on meeting the girls for brunch. Neji was nowhere to be seen, as usual, since he woke up way earlier than she ever did and was probably doing who-knows-what or hanging out with the guys. The time was currently 10:12 in the morning and Ino had told them to meet in the lobby at 10:30. She quickly put on a blouse and jeans, throwing her necessities into her black purse she normally wore before heading out of the dorm. It was already 10:28, and she feared she'd be late.
The brunette pressed the elevator button, hoping that no one in that many-leveled building was busy using it at the time. After waiting a few seconds, a ding could be heard and the doors opened, Tenten stepping inside and nearly bumping into a very good-looking, dark haired man.
"Sorry," She muttered, stepping aside. "Uh, what floor are you headed to? You can go first-"
"No, you can go first," He replied, giving her a smile.
"It's fine, you can go first," Tenten insisted.
"What floor are you headed to?"
"Lobby," She replied, and he immediately pressed the button to the lobby, causing the elevator to go down. The brunette gave a sigh. The doors parted and she stepped out, murmuring a quick thank you to the man.
"Who was that?" Ino asked, raising an eyebrow at the handsome stranger. "He's hot-"
"Pig, you think every guy is hot," Sakura muttered, "Although I do admit he's hot...Tenten, do you know him or-"
"Nope," Tenten replied, shaking her head. "He's some random nice dude that let me go to the lobby before he went to his floor."
Interesting, Ino thought. But could he possibly get in the way of my ship?
