I walked into the manor and it seemed alot colder than expected. It seemed colder in the manor then it did outside. I walked down the east hallway and entered the third door to my left. There was a nice fire place in there. I couldn't see that at the moment but this was the room were I got the picnic basket. I also remember two chairs being placed in front of the fire place. "Hey Sebastian, will you get me a glass of water while I get a fire going?" I asked. "Are you sure? I could help you. I know you cant see. I can see you struggling to see me." I could feel his smirk piercing me. "Yeah, Ill be fine. Thank you though." Again, struggling to see him I saw a little bit of an outline of him. He bowed in response and he left the room. pitch black. "Ill get used to it eventually.." I thought. I held my hands out, walking towards the fire place. I reached it, placing my hands on top part of the fireplace. Trying to feel around for a match box. Being my stupid self, I slid my hand the wrong way and the matches hit the floor. I crouched down feeling around for the match box. I finally did find it, after 5 minutes of searching. I opened up the box and grabbed one. I felt around the box, looking for the rough part to light match with it. Once I did, I swiped at it and then there was a little dancing flame in the darkness I was surrounded in. That was until a little bit of wind came my way and killed the flame. I got startled because there wasn't any windows and there wasn't any air vents. My heart skipped a beat. I felt those familiar hands clasp onto mine. I gave out a sigh of relief. "Will you stop scaring me then making me feel better by grabbing me." I spoke. He gave out a little chuckle, which was kinda silent. He never really laughed out loud. Maybe one of these days Ill be able to get him to. "I'm sorry my dear, I just love to see you get all startled." He whispered in my ear. I rolled my eyes and he let go of my hands. I lit another match, and threw it into the fire place. The room seemed to warm up. (I didn't mind the cold. In fact I loved the cold. I just wanted to try to get some warm air going in the manor. - OR - I hate being cold. Since im a demon it didn't really bother as much. The manor shouldn't be this cold anyway. <-- YOU CHOSE). I sat down in the chair on the left, and he sat in the one on the right.
"You know (Your Name), If you were cold I could have held you." A smirk appeared on his face. I couldn't help but smile. I leaned my arm on the arm rest of the chair and placed my cheek in the palm of my hand. Sebastian handed me the glass of water I asked for and I took a sip. "Thank you." I mumbled. "Well first, im going to need an ax so I can cut down a tree. Then, we need to go out and buy ornaments. Tomorrow sometime, I need to go shopping with Elizabeth and Angelina. Hey Sebastian, you know Ciel better then anyone really... What does he like? I know he isn't a big fan of anything anymore since the incident but I want to try and make him happy." I expected Sebastian to frown from me mentioning Ciel being happy but he spoke without hesitation. "Well, the young master isn't to fond of toys, he doesn't read unless he has to. I'm befuddled at this point. I actually don't know what the young master would want. Besides..." He stopped there. Ciel only wanted revenge. "He doesn't want to die..." I thought. "But, its not like I can help him. I don't even know how I could save him at this point. If I were to help Ciel the Sebastian would be left with being his butler forever. I cant help." I thought. I gave out a sigh. Thinking about it got me out of the Christmas mood. "(Your Name), Are you alright?" He got up out of his chair and got down on one knee in front of me holding onto my free hand while the other one was occupied with the glass of water. I couldn't help but smile. "I know this was stupid to think but, does he really care about me? I mean, hes at the point to where he doesn't feel anything really. Hes too old to change. Luckily, I changed and formed myself before it was to late. I must have struck something in Sebastian." I smiled once again. "I'm fine Sebastian, lets get to work." I jumped out of my seat and got back to being jolly. Sebastian and I exited the room with plans.
We were outside looking for the perfect tree to cut down. We needed a big one but not to big to where it wouldn't be a problem. I looked around and then I focused on one tree and one tree only. I pointed at it directly. "That one." I spoke. Sebastian looked in my direction and he then spotted the tree I was talking about. He nodded. "Hey Sebastian hand me that ax." He was gripping onto an ax. "I guess he assumed that I was going to let him cut it down." I thought. I couldn't help but chuckle a bit. He smirk and before I knew it he threw it at me. My eyes widened. It was coming at me at full speed. I ducked and as soon as I did I reached my hand up to grab the ax by its handle. It was all happening so fast. It was if in my point of view everything was going in slow motion. When I had grabbed the ax I stood back up and looked on my hands and clothing to see if I had cut myself and surprisingly, I hadn't. I was quite astonished. Sebastian seemed amazed as well. He approached me, gripping his hand around mine that was clenching onto the ax. He held it and my hand along with it in front of me as if it were a sword. "Thats good. Your effect towards specific speeds isn't bad. It'll improve in time. You're just starting. Maybe one of these days Ill teach you some tricks to improve your stamina, strength, and your timing." He said as he let go of my hand. He had a smirk on his face as if he was enjoying himself which wasn't a bad thing. I would hope that he was happy. At least feeling something.
I approached the tree I planned on cutting down. I looked it up and down, scanning it. I steadied the ax and started to swipe at it. Evenly and carefully. Sebastian watched me do it. "Hey Sebastian. Do you want to walk or take a carriage?" I asked as I swiped at it once more. "Half way there." I thought. "Whatever works for you my lady." He spoke. I just rolled my eyes to his reply. "I asked you." I mumbled. "Well, we can take a carriage." He spoke. I nodded and smiled. I took one more hit at the tree and it went down gracefully. I walked until I reached the middle of it. I wrapped my arms around the tree, picking it up. It looked like Sebastian was going to try and pick it up but I made sure to beat him to it. I know he was trying to be nice but I wasn't helpless. I walked passed him with me holding the tree over my head. He was smirking. "Would you like some help?" He asked walking next to me. "Well, you could open the door for me." I said with a bit of laughter. He picked up his pace and reached the door to open it.
"Good thing I cut the tree evenly at the bottom. It should stand quite well." I said as I placed the tree in the center of the ball room. I looked over at Sebastian who was standing over by the door. I took off my tailcoat and I threw it over my shoulder. "Before we go I'm going to run up stairs real quick to get my jacket. So Ill meet you in the carriage." I spoke. He didn't reply. He began to walk closer to me with his hands  behind his back. When he reached me he pulled my jacket out from behind him. He took my tail coat and he gently grabbed my wrists, helping me put my jacket on even though I was capable of doing it myself but I let him do it. I didn't mind. "Thank you." He still kept silent. He wrapped his arm around my waist and started to walk us out the door.
Him being a gentlemen, he grabbed my hand, helping me take the step into the carriage. He took a seat beside me and the carriage began to take off. "(Your Name), I forgot to tell you. We are having  guests tomorrow. Flin Rogers and Harry Hemmings. They used to work at the Funtum Company. They were lost adults on the streets but they weren't bad workers so we hired them. Awhile after that they discovered they were part of Queen Victoria's family. With Fin being her grandchild and Harry being his close friend. With that being the case Victoria took in Harry as her own. After they found that out after coming in contact with the queen they became nobles. They called yesterday and they said they would like to visit the young master. We are hoping we can make a deal with them. They have seemed to have there own company now called Chocolate Charlies. They named the company after Flin's father that passed away when he was a young boy. So tomorrow we have to show them some Phantomhive hospitality." He spoke. "That shouldn't be hard. Ill make sure to help everything goes swel." He smiled hand put his hand in mine. Our gloves weren't on so our symbols were glistening in the dark. I leaned my head on his arm, staring out the window, waiting for us to arrive. "Sebastian, you didn't tell me where we would be going to getting the ornaments." He looked down at me. "We will be going to London Workshop. This time of year they have tons of different things that are Christmas themed." I nodded and continued to look out the window, waiting for us to arrive.
Once we exited the carriage snow began to fall. On instinct, I put my hands out catching some of the flakes that came down. I looked back at Sebastian and he was staring at me with a smile on his face. "What?" I said putting my hands down looking in his direction. "You're ... Beautiful." I didn't know how to respond to that. I just smiled back. I put my hand out to him. "Come on, lets get in side." He nodded and took my hand. When we walked in there were so many shiny ornaments. I didn't even know where to start. There were even different types of candy's that I've never even seen before as well. "Where I'm from, stores like this are never open at this time." I thought. "Pick out what ever you fancy milady." He whispered. I looked up at him and nodded with a smile.
I started to search all around the store, picking up several ornaments. All them were colorful. I was literally everywhere looking at everything. That was until I passed the shelves full of cards. "Ciel's birthday is tomorrow." I spoke. "Hm?" Sebastian said coming up from behind me. "Its Ciel's birthday tomorrow. Im going to get him a card." I picked one out with a bow on the front of it saying happy birthday going across the bottom of it. While thinking about it, I kept having that image in my head. "Ciel's stare. It really does hurt me a bit. He had that look of despair." I thought. I picked up the card and held in tight in my hand. "Are you alright (Your Name)? I can tell that you are a bit distressed." I let go of his hand and looked up at him. "How did you know?" He patted me on the head. "Well I was just holding your hand. Like I said, we have a bond. I could feel that you were a bit distressed." I thought about it for a minute. I started to think about the bond. "He can sense how I'm feeling. Does he know what I'm think when we have contact with each other as well?" I thought. I tried to shake that thought off. "Okay Sebastian. I think this will be enough." I said giving out a chuckle. I walked up to the front counter with him. "(Your Name), Ill take care of all this. You go sit in the carriage." He spoke and he kissed me on the top of my head. I smiled and nodded.
I walked on out and entered the carriage. I scooted all the way next to the window and laid my head on it as if I were riding my school bus and looking out the window. I was happy. At times like this when I'm alone I'd think. "Why me? Out of anyone it could have been, why me? Out Of all Black Butler fans, why me? If I'm here, why did Sebastian go for me when he could have had any classy lady he wanted?" I was befuddled. I would ask him but I didn't want to agitate him with such questions. I know I'd be agitated if someone where to ask me that question multiple times. I tried to keep my mind off that subject. "I hope tomorrow isn't going to end up the way I think it is. I hope it doesn't end up with them being evil and with everything ending in flames or something." I thought. I kept looking out the window and watching the snow fall. "Snow is so pretty." I closed my eyes and let the cold window make my cheek go a bit red from the frost.
I opened my  eyes. I could feel a warm sensation on my cheek. It was no longer cold. I looked around and realized I was no longer leaning my head onto the window. I looked around and I noticed I was laying on my side. My head was in Sebastian's lap, with his hand wresting on my arm. Once I noticed that was the case I hopped back up scooting away from Sebastian a bit feeling a bit awkward. "Oh, Uh. I'm sorry." I spoke. "I know I was being a baby. I mean, I've slept in the same bed as him for god sake. I guess I just wasn't prepared for that. I felt a little awkward with my head in his lap." I thought. "Why so startled? And no need to apologize. I laid you like that because I thought it would be more comfortable then with your head lying against the cold window." I smiled but I was a bit curious. "How was I sleeping? I thought it was impossible." I asked crossing my legs. "Well a demon may sleep if they wanted to. Its a form of luxury. Its not impossible. I myself don't do it that often but I suppose when I'm not busy I do that time to time." He confirmed. I nodded. "I would have liked to know that awhile ago." I said but as soon as I finished that sentence I reached for my stomach, clenching onto it. It hurt somewhat. Sebastian came closer to me. He held his hand over my hands that were holding my stomach. "You're hungry. You haven't had a soul yet." He spoke. My eyes had widened. I started to feel a bit anxious. "Sebastian ... I don't want to take innocent souls." I said as I put my feet up and wrapped my arms around my legs. "(Your Name)..." He looked at me, placing his hand on my shoulder trying to comfort me. CRASH~ The carriage had flipped over. Glass shards were everywhere. Slits on my face from it. I looked over at Sebastian who was laying right next to me. He had some glass in his neck. I could stand looking at it. He picked himself up and looked at me. He placed his hand on my cheek. "Are you okay?" He asked. I reached my hand over to his neck and quickly pulled out the shards in his neck. "Yeah Im fine." I wiped the blood on my close feeling a bit nauseous. I crouched up and opened the carriage door. Sebastian and I looked out and I heard a familiar voice coming from above. "Well hello there Bassy." Grell's voice made the hairs on my arm stand. "Grell out of all times you chose now to make a mess!?" I got angry. I wasn't mad that the carriage had crashed. I was mad because I knew there was no way that the ornaments had made it through that. I clenched my fists. "Well I was scheduled to kill a Senry Justice and I was thought he would have been here but I guess my calculations were wrong. Oops, and Bassy, what is the meaning of this? You're cheating on me?" Grell jumped down and approached the carriage. I held my head in the palm of my hand getting really frustrated. "Sebastian, I just want to get home. Please, chase him off. Don't kill him just, get rid of him for now please." I asked. "Yes, My Lady." I would have smiled to those words but I wasn't in the mood. He climbed out of the carriage and I did after him. "Oh well this should be fun!" Grell said lifting up his death scythe rushing towards Sebastian. I would had helped and jumped in but I was to frustrated to even do so. I just wanted to get home.
